keep the homeless from bumming cigarettes from people while you are playing. lower food prices.keep people from getting robbed.My wife and l were just in Vegas at the Queens hotel and besides not winning a thing we were bothered for cigarettes and witnessed someone getting robbed in the casino and food prices are terrible l have been to Queens a few times unfortunately l won't be back
