I recently moved to the neighborhood near this McDonald's and I have a 10 year old who still loves a Happy Meal and the sausage burritos for breakfast. Unfortunately, almost every time I have ordered from this restaurant, the order is incorrect. In the past, I have ordered an egg McMuffin and received a steak bagel. Once, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with extra cheese and received no cheese and 2 sausage patties. Today took the cake though. I ordered a double cheeseburger...

I want to give a big thank you to Desiree for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful and polite, with a positive attitude that’s truly infectious people like her are rare to find these days! Her service has made me want to keep coming back. I also want to recognize Andrew, who was the first to help me use the self-service machine. He was very polite and patient. This location has completely changed my view of McDonald’s great team and a fantastic experience!

Great service ONLY by this friendly and professional Latina lady. NOT by the "rest of employees" standing around laughing, joking, just hanging out in the kitchen. You would've gotten 5 stars, had it not been for them ignoring me standing behind the counter until this hard working Latina approached me and helped me out and was putting my order together. Kudos to her.
