Absolute slowest drive through of any fast food restaurant I've ever been through. Never going back. I'd rather just not eat. Took 26 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of me.
Always easy and smooth drive thru transactions but, having a window guy Saggin' and Strapped up in the drive-thru... Sad!!! Ecspecially when he wants the Customer to know hes carrying!!! Jus'gime my Caramel Frap, SHhhhZzzzzz!!!!

A late-night visit revealed problems, as one customer received a wrong order and had trouble getting it fixed despite the employee's attempts. Additionally, they ran out of collector's cups without informing customers, but the manager handled the situation efficiently, showing concern for the staff's oversight.
