We had an amazing meal at Pho Saigon 8! I ordered the steak and brisket pho, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the meat was tender and plentiful. I also had the salt and pepper shrimp, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
My husband ordered the grilled chicken with rice and egg rolls, and he loved every bite. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the egg rolls were crispy and fresh.

Ordered #26 Pho Soup and my husband had the #72 ( Shrimp honey walnut) . The flavor is by far the best in all the Pho's I've eaten. In my opinion it's perfection . It's a must try restaurant. We will definitely come back.
The food was really good, service was so so but what left a bad taste for us was when we went to pay. The server said because we had 5 people (3 were kids), we had to pay an 18% service fee. If this was the case why didn't the server mention this when we sat down. Most restaurants charge a service fee if 6 or more people or if the restaurant is a little fancier but this is a typical vietnamese restaurant, nothing special.
