This is not my first time coming to this place
Usually the food is good and people are friendly. However, lately food quality went down. It bothered me that staff didn't ask people to turn down their phone speakers, which were really loud. In addition, waitress with dark brown hair and false eyelashes was extremely rude because my party chose not to take left over food in to go boxes. I feel she should have been more professional . Also, staff should realize people who who have their phones on loud speakers ruin other people's experience.

I've had this place pinned for a few months and finally went today. Disappointed. I got the ribeye special and it was thin, fatty and without any seasoning. The waiter said maybe the next one will be better. There won't be a next one.

Montana meat used to be very very good! But the last few months, it has gone to crap! The food is horrible! Ordered fish and chips, I didn't get the chips. The hamburger tasted like crap! McDonald's makes better hamburgers! I ended up giving everything to my dog. The French fries were old and cold. The fish and chips came with cottage cheese and and fries I didn't get those. This will be the last time I ever eat there.

And award for the most inconsistent to-go service goes to: Montana Meat Company! Some days, it's on point. Most, though, the kitchen completely ignores any modifications or requests. Or sometimes they'll do things to menu items they've never done, like grill a wrap after it's been stuffed with lettuce and sauce. Do you know what happens to lettuce when it's cooked? If you do, could you let the chefs at Montana know. They clearly don't.

It's a shame, because the food can be good. But when you get creamed spinach and it looks like an oily mess or ask for dressing on the side and find it slathering your Caesar wrap on more than one occasion, it gets to be an obnoxious, money-wasting pattern. I've been coming here for years, and have overlooked the shortcomings because it's local, it's convenient, and it can be delicious.

Shame on me for giving it so many tries, having so many wrong orders, and not giving up. Well, tonight, after receiving 2 wraps that were both wrong in some way and a creamed spinach that looked like swamp water, I give up.

Wow. I’m flabbergasted at how poorly I was treated at this restaurant during the grave hour shift. The arrogant bartender - who is proud of his ignorance in service - was rude from the moment he left me waiting at the doorbell.

Awful experience. The chicken was dry and over seasoned. Nothing was done well and he kept trying to hurry me out of the otherwise empty bar.

To make things worse, when I called after the morning manager got in, she didn’t offer to make it right - at all. She wanted to discuss it with her employee, whom she claimed to be a “good bartender.”

Absolutely nothing was offered to me to entice me to return. They have lost a potentially loyal customer.
