Mother of the Olive Garden. This place is a joke: expensive, mediocre food and horrible staff and service. Don’t waste your money and time in this aspirational trattoria !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Dining Experience at Mother Wolf Vegas!
Mother Wolf Vegas completely exceeded my expectations from the moment we walked in, the energy, design, and aroma of authentic Italian cuisine set the tone for an unforgettable night. The atmosphere is glamorous yet warm, with that perfect balance of old-world charm and modern Vegas sparkle.
The pasta dishes are perfection - silky, rich, and clearly made with love and skill. The short rib pasta was melt-in-your-mouth tender, layered with deep flavor that only comes from hours of care. Every bite felt like a trip to Rome. The pizza had that wood-fired crispness and light chew that’s hard to find outside Italy. Even the appetizers and cocktails were thoughtfully crafted - everything felt intentional and elevated.
Service was outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. You can tell the team takes pride in every detail.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want to indulge in the best Italian in Vegas, Mother Wolf is a must. It’s not just a meal - it’s an experience.

Went here twice on our trip. Wow! Just wow. Christian the bartender was phenomenal. He was very attentive, gave amazing recommendations and definitely went out of his way to make sure we had a remarkable experience. The negroni was delicious. Over the 2 visits. We had the arugala salad, the shortrib meatballs, carbonara, short rib ragu rigatoni, and the lamb. Everything was spot on! The sticky toffee pudding with apple sorbet is a must as well. Thank you Christian, Stephanie the manager and the entire staff for a phenomenal dinner.

Our first time here. So good! Definitely will be back! Food was fantastic! We had the Short Rib Ragu and Fettuccine Al Burro. Extremely flavorful and good portion size. For dessert we had the Ciambelle Fritte (Raspberry donuts, limoncello curd, gelato alla creme fraiche). Absolutely incredible! Also, Passion was an excellent server! Very helpful, informative and kind. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent.
A very nice place for fine Italian food! All the dishes we had were freshly prepared and served with style.
Our waiter and all the staff were very friendly and polite.
The place is pretty noisy, sometimes it was hard to have a conversation.
What is a big No-Go was the music: Why do you need to play Hip-Hop in an Italian restaurant?! That killed a lot of the vibe, took away a lot of the Italian flair.

It was fine. A bit overpriced for what it was. The bathroom is remarkably small. I wasn’t anticipating having to stand in line at a restaurant where we spent 1000 dollars on dinner for 4. Weird. I expected better. The wine was very fine.

My husband and I booked a reservation here months in advance for our weekend trip since we were staying at the Fontainebleau. We were looking forward to this dinner for a while and had pretty high expectations given the great reviews. I was a little disappointed that they sat us at the cramped high top tables directly facing the bar (I guess I was expecting an actual table since we made the reservation months out?).
We ended up ordering 2 apps and 2 pasta dishes (the menu is family style, however we didn’t order from the mains). The apps were probably the best part, although the short rib meatballs could have had more sauce since they were a little dry. The pasta was probably the most disappointing. The lobster in the spaghetti tasted fishy and the sauce was underwhelming (not pictured). The pasta for both the lobster spaghetti and cacio e pepe were undercooked and mushy — the consistency was like the noodles had been sitting in warm water for awhile and then half boiled.
Service was good and atmosphere was lively, but we were disappointed to say the least. I’d think a restaurant, especially at this price point, would know how to cook al dente pasta. Probably wont be back but glad we gave it a try!

Updated 10/17: Living in Vegas means having access to some of the best restaurants in the country, but for my 40th all I wanted was Mother Wolf! We keep returning time and time again because we have never had a bad meal. It was four of us this time, my husband and I, and my lovely in-laws.
As far as the food goes, we can’t let a meal pass without the squash blossoms, but the burrata & prosciutto was unexpectedly delicious (I’m stealing the olive oil + finishing salt idea for Christmas antipasto!), the fettuccine al burro was outrageously good, and my husband makes fun of me for always getting the linguine al limone but it’s soooooo perfect. Also, the desserts were bomb. One of the best tiramisu we’ve had, and the surprise hit for us (we took Arturo’s recommendation) was the budino. Not a big sticky toffee girl but this was more like a warm apple pie vibe, and the green apple sorbet on the side is like nothing else.
It’s also the little service touches: I jokingly said that they could just stick a candle in the focaccia and I’d be happy, and when we sat down, they already had one on the way! Just so sweet and thoughtful. The menus were even printed with a little birthday greeting! The hostesses up front were so sweet, and Arturo was wonderful. Thank you all so much for a wonderful evening, see you again soon!
Old Review:
The food was excellent as always. We're Italian American, originally from Brooklyn, and a family full of cooks. For us to eat any kind of Italian food out is rare, let alone be so impressed by the food that we talk about it days/weeks later! And the service is always fantastic, too -- AJ was phenomenal. We're local now and Mother Wolf is officially our default/go-to. See you again soon!
