Located inside the Virgin hotel, tucked in the back of the casino, it is an awesome gem. Although the location may not be the best, the food and amazing staff make up for that. Service is attentive and helpful, with staff skilled at curating a great meal experience. Chef Carlos, with 26 years of experience, is particularly recommended for an elevated sushi experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant yet casual, making it perfect for a truly elevated dining experience.
Prices are on the higher end, but the introduction of a hanoshi happy hour allows guests to enjoy familiar favorites like yellowtail jalapeno, miso cod, and tempura shrimp at a lower price point. Portions may be smaller, but this encourages trying new and different dishes, such as the highly praised tempura nori chips and maki rolls. While Nobu is not a place to simply get stuffed, it offers a unique dining experience that is definitely worth the visit. Overall, it remains a recommendation for a delicious and memorable meal.
