Warm rice balls are my favorite snack. Bought 2 sets of 3. Just happen to find them at Green Valley Ranch. I loved the rice very umami. The Omusubi was savory with the filling, I believe I had beef and chicken, and a vegan option in my set.
Fresh ingredients. Seasoned perfectly. Good balance of rice to seasoning / protein ratio. The hijki, umi, and shiba was the perfect trio! Only down side you would need to catch them at the farmers market on certain days and pickup on certain at their commercial kitchen. The kitchen was a bit difficult to find. Google directed us to suite 100 but it was the wrong building. But they are very responsive when you order online and text. The suite is actually in the front near the entrance...read full review
