I’m a regular at this S Rancho Dr. Panera Bread every few mouths. Honestly, the atmosphere here used to be pretty lifeless, and the staff rarely bothered to greet customers.

But this week, I saw Gabriel for the first time, and he was a total breath of fresh air! Not only was he incredibly enthusiastic, but he also proactively welcomed guests and genuinely checked in on what customers needed. It’s exactly the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back.

If management is reading this: I highly recommend giving Gabriel a well-deserved reward! Setting him up as a role model for the rest of the team will definitely create a positive feedback loop and make this Panera Bread a much better place.“

“I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches here because they are unique, tasty and healthy. However, that's about it, I realized I don't care for their drinks or other food - too plain. Also, this Panera is in a good location, plenty of parking and not as busy as the Hughes Dr. Location.“

“Staff food view beautiful wonderful only thing I do not like is lottering there's always men sitting on speaker phone 4 hrs men just sitting there with no meal doing nothing once you have ordered and eaten your meal in a timely manner like 15 or less you must leave. Please stop having people sitting there taking up space besides that love yall alot.“

“I visited this Panera recently and had such a great experience. I had ordered soup and went back up to the counter to ask about getting a baguette. The employee who helped me was extremely polite, explained the bread options, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His kindness and great customer service really stood out — it made my day! (this was around 5 PM close to 6 PM)“

“Have to give five stars I go there very often however I'm so disappointed they got rid of the value duets. I won't be going as frequently because I can't afford it. But I'll still go on occasion. Also I'm dieting so Panera Bread is not ideal however I love Panera Bread 💗“

“Everybody is pretty chill and nice. My order is always ready on time and I'm very appreciative of that. They also greet me when I walk in which is starting to become rare in other places and fast food. Whether I'm coming from my martial arts, the gym, or stopping in for a quick bite, the atmosphere is pretty chill and staff are great.“

“I picked up a large order for a client on 6/8/26 and Gabriel informed me that they were short 4 blueberry muffins. He said that they had more blueberry muffins in the oven and would be out soon. Since I was picking up another order I would wait and see if the new batch of muffins were ready which unfortunately they were not. However, Gabriel thanked me for my patience and offered me some coffee. This kind of customer service is rare these days. Gabriel is an asset to Panera! Thanks again for your courtesy!!“
