“Came through the drive thru the first time. Ate the food in the parking lot. It was great. Loved every bite and haven’t eaten Panera bread since living in WA. Bottom line came again and walked inside… Dexter was nice and helpful, great customer service. Loved that he was the manager and didn’t seem bothered by taking orders. Next thing I know he in the back helping bag the food. Dexter is awesome. Don’t know him personally just enjoyed his energy with customers and his employees. Love this location. Very clean and peaceful at the moment.“
“Minus 1 star for the drive thru!!! The menu should be limited to drinks and bakery items only cause the wait is insane when folks don't order online/app. Waited 12 minutes too long to pick up a drink. The app said it was ready and it wasn't so another minute to wait for the chic to make it. Certain workers should not work the window if they cannot move the line. Food is good but always check your order cause there was a few times I had to drive back. Great location“
“I have been here in the past but I must say that service has improved so much. Last time I came i was not impressed but this time I was greeted with happy smiling faces. The food came out quickly and was right the first time. I will definitely be returning. Love the pick 2 salad and soup!! Worth the drive in this cold weather.“

“When you go in they have lots of good pastries in the Case. I always want to try the chocolate chip muffin top. Join the sip club promotion. I think it was a special for $12 for 3 months of unlimited drinks all day everyday. You can get one drink every two hours. That's a great deal if you're out and about to get a drink. Just pop in and get one. You don't have to make any other purchase. I really want to try their pick 2. They have 2 new sandwiches I would like to try. They look really good on the advertisement. I just don't know if a half a sandwhich and a bowl of soup will fill me up. I guess you get a half of sandwich and soup or salad. They are very friendly in there.So I think I will try the food one day.“

“Ok let me tell y’all so I get here early before they open I specifically want a bread bowl soup cheddar broccoli ok I come in it isn’t ready until 10 ok so I leave and come back lol I come back and it’s gone right at 9 or 10 whenever lol so the young lady at the front desk asked me did I want something else very nice and she was apologizing I was willing to wait and come back when they had more seeing as I already paid for my food and didn’t want a refund. So as I waited I was given a frozen lemonade for my troubles which was exquisite by the way lol and then someone went and rushed a new bowl of soup for me which was extreme nice because it was going to take an hour. The food was amazing and the service was even better I just want to say thank you guys again for the GREAT customer service“
“Ordered last night worth $100 to pickup today. So got A text that my order is ready to pickup so I went but my orders not ready I ordered the family meals so they told me they’re out of cheese for the pizza (flatbread pizza) I got a little upset because they said it’s ready. One of the woman worked there suggested she can gave me 3 sandwiches for substitute so I said ok. Then their boss was beside me said she can gave me 1 extra sandwich for my inconvenient and also gave me 3 large cookies ? that was nice of her to do that. I just forget to asked her name though. Way to go and she really go out her way to make me happy… she is really a good boss She’s beyond and above….“
“I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because most of the comfortable, private booths were taken up by people who were simply there just for the wifi and taking the space ALL DAY! leaving us true diners with nowhere comfortable to actually sit and enjoy our meal, with the manager walking around clearly knowing what is going on, but doing NOTHING about it. One booth was even taken up by a homeless person sleeping on the one side of the table, and the other side contained their dirty belongings. Right next to where my husband and I had to sit at a tiny, floppy, uneven table“
“I had a small project of 24 orders and Panera killed it for us. Food was nice and hot and my crew loved it. I placed an order the night before and they made it very easy for me. The order was also perfect. We kept the food nice and warm to hand out in our van.“
