Food was delicious, service excellent!

Stopped in for a group dinner here in May 2025. This place was fantastic. Reservations recommended. The setup inside is really cool and unique. Best part is if you are celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, tell the wait staff ahead of time and they'll do it up with some cool light work and music with a DJ. The food was great and unique. It is expensive so not cheap and the steak house flair is just right. I would come back her with a crowd and group as it was good fun. We had 10 people and we got sat around a giant round table and that was perfect. It was in the middle and well spaced out. If you are in the Fountainebleau, definitely schedule a dine night here. If not and you are looking for an interesting steak place, this would be one to check out for sure. Recommended!

Papi Steak was a fantastic dining experience on May 19. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned to perfection. The desserts were equally delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with the waitress being particularly exceptional. The service was top-notch, and it was definitely worth the price.

If you're planning for a dinner with conversation, forget this place. DJ music and live performances galore. But if you want to have a fun time with amazing service and extraordinary food, this is it!
Must have reservations on weekends.
