Worst “cheesesteak” ever. It’s all bread and onions. Mostly onions - which actually wouldn’t be bad if the onions were sweet but they’re clearly the bargain basement yellow sulfurous variety. The meat itself is pretty good and it’s got some good flavor; it’s just that the whole thing is too flawed. I got the top cost regular sandwich with “peppers and mushrooms”. I literally got 3 bits of pepper and one mushroom slice in the entire sandwich. I like to support small businesses like this one but there’s a limit to my ability to overlook problems with the product, and this one tripped the switch. Fix it. Charge more if necessary but make a better sandwich or try some other business.

It's okay, good for a mall food court sandwich. The fries come with cheese, so make sure you let them know if you don't want that. The sandwich was pretty good, but could have used more meat. The people working were very nice and the price wasn't bad. This place is in the food court of the Fashion Show Mall next to Treasure Island. I would try again for sure.

Food is good & service is good. Their loaded fries are great & you get a lot. Their Philly’s are my favorite in town. They always look clean.Parking: It’s a mail so parking gets packed.

Your cook had no respect for your customers! Your cashier told me I will receive a refund. I not received my money. I tried calling no one is picking up!
First time eating here. The food was good & very hot. My mom had no complaints (usually she does lol) which is a plus. The only think I wish was that they added more cheese. Last, the cashier (tall male) had good customer service.

They failed at the fundamentals here. My cheesesteak didn't have cheese and was too greasy to hold. The fries were soggy and barely edible. The cashier proudly told me my total was ONLY $18, which is way too much for what I got.

The servings got small, the price went up, the food doesn't taste as good and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD...I actually have another word that I want to use but will keep it clean.
