“I asked for fresh pretzels since my toddlers will only eat them if they’re hot. Employee was so nice about it told us the wait was about three minutes. As soon as they came out he gave us our order and they were amazing! I was able to use my rewards for a free pretzel bites and they even gave us a large. The employee even put them on separate bags so my kids had their own. ?
A little pricey but this place was probably the best one I’ve been to. We will stop here again when in the airport“

“Ended up getting the bucket of bites and it was like biting into delicious salty clouds. I dipped them in my cheese dip and I was in heaven. These pretzels dont disappoint and should definitely be a must when walking around enjoying the sights.“

“This is the best food place to go to if I was hungry. At downtown sumerlin, if I want a quick snack, I would just go to wp. I've gone there a couple of times, and they have not gotten my order wrong. And their mini dogs are very tasty. Overall, I recommend you give any of their locations a try?“

“Need a snack while shopping or walking the outlet mall. This is a nice easy stop. The staff is always friendly, and willing to laugh at a dad joke or two.

The pretzel bitz almost never disappoint. The pizza one hit the spot today. And every pretzel should always be paired with a ice cold lemonade.“

“The best Cinna bites I’ve ever tried. Funny enough was walking past it whilst doing shopping at the outlet and tried a sample and it was UNBELIEVABLE. The sample certainly worked as I got exactly what I sampled. Wetzel bits with cinnamon and some sort of cream I think it was and you actually get quite a few in a pack. Would go hear in a heart beat. One of my favourite places.“

“Not as fresh as usual, but still good. I had a buy one get one free coupon that they refused to honor because it did not have a barcode, so that was a bummer. The coupon came from them and had not expired, they should have honored it. Oh well, will still visit in the future because my family loves their pretzels.“

“I stopped in to finally use a reward I had earned. After pulling up the QR code the manager could not get it to work. Dejected I turned to leave and she said, “You know what? I’ll just give you one free. And here’s a drink too. Do you like lemonade?” WOW. Just WOW. This kind of person doesn’t exist any more since people are so angry all the time.
