Place had problems in the beginning but they have been resolved. Had the orrichette pasta with sausage spinach and large pieces of Buffalo mozzarella. Huge portion with a piece of garlic bread and delicious!!! Currently have happy hour with pasta dish and half off three most popular pizzas which makes the fabulous sausage pizza only 10 dollars. Sooooo good Everytime I go to Arizona Charlie's my boyfriend loves to stop here! Must try their shrimp bruschetta and pizzas!!! I have yet to try their meatballs but that is next!

Really good food at a reasonable price. Don't judge the place by its location. Arizona Charlie's may not be the nicest casino/hotel in Vegas, but the locals love the personable service. It isn't pretentious. It's a place to go and eat with rock n roll playing in the background. Give it a shot.
