Not very good tacos. No flavor. Tortilla was hard around edges & rubbery. And it cost wayyyyyy too much for 3 tacos. $19? Rip off. Food Truck on Decatur & Oakey much cheaper & Excellent food & quality! Taco Bell is better than Robertos.

$49 - 2 tortas (beef and asada) a beef nacho and 2 tacos. The tacos were insanely hard and the flavor was awful. The tortas were mediocre, and hard to eat because the chunks of meat made it weird, and there wasnt a lot just random and chunky. It wasnt shredded same for the nachos. Also it was pork not beef, and you cant get them without bell peppers and onions. We have been staying away from this place because its not quality. ( obviously just my opinion) But since its been months we decided to try it again, but to no avail its still overpriced, processed wanna be Mexican take-out.Yes i know ill stay at home and make authentic tacos and nachos.

LA COMIDA ES DELICIOSA, pero EL SERVICIO es PÉSIMO! ADRIANA IS HER NAME. (I called the store to ask) So this Roberto’s is less than a mile from my house, so why not go there every time?… BUT TODAY did it for me. I asked if I could please do Apple Pay as I realized I had left the house without my wallet, but I do have Apple Pay. So as she’s opening the window to hand me the card reader she’s saying to someone in Spanish “SI NO TINIEN DINERO NO SE PARA QUE COMPRAN COMIDA” (IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY THEN I DONT KNOW WHY THEYRE BUYING FOOD.)I was taken aback, but didn’t respond to her as I have seen her before and I know she’s just a BITTER and GRUMPY WOMEN.As I’m looking in my burrito bag, I do see she put in 2 red and 2 green sauces. (She does this so she doesn’t have to ask you what kind of sauce you’d like, my previous visit she got mad cause I didn’t want one of each…) And she’s closing the window as I realize I have to ask her for CARROTS IN VINEGAR… so I do and she legit closes the window, opens it back and throws out the carrots to me. I’m not sure why she’s there if she’s not going to care for customer service.I DID NOT GO ASKING FOR FREE FOOD OR ANYTHING, she’s just so unpleasant and rude. WE PAY FOR OUT FOOD I do understand but it’s just so sad to have someone like that represent ROBERTO’s like THIS. And yes we can all have bad days but it’s EVERY TIME. I think it’s time for her to do something else, maybe even in the kitchen but to have to talk to people, she’s not that person.

I had the Carne Asada Burrito. It was pretty bland, perhaps a little bitter even. There was no real flavor for me. And granted it was busy at the time, our food took a long time to be served, not to mention to take our orders too.

Food was really good. The lady at the counter was very uncommunicative and rude. I asked her what was in one of the meals and she started entering it into the system. And when she understood what i said, she said it at an incredibly fast speed that i couldn’t understand, and when i asked her to repeat herself, she gave me an attitude!!!! When i finally ordered, She didn’t tell me that the carne asada was extra and when I saw that it was and asked if it was extra, she rudely changed it to shredded beef without even asking what else i wanted!!. “There, it’s $15 now”. I didn’t want to say anything else because of how rude she was, but the only type of beef i can have is steak!! Nothing shredded or ground. Ate it anyways because i was hangry. It was good but that customer service left me fuming!! (Chimichanga combo)

When we walked in, we didn't get a greeting of any sort, not even a "how can I help you" when we walked up to the register. Btw, there was not a single customer inside besides us. Lady just stared at us, walked away a few times, then we started ordering since she never said anything and just stared. She didn't say a word after we ordered either, no "thank you" at all. We got our food, sat down and ate, then I went up to ask for utensils. She grabbed it, and holds it out towards me at eye level while looking the opposite direction and yelling at another worker, so I just take it and sit down. I asked for a refill later on, and still not even a word was said from her. The only thing she said was repeating our order. There wasn't a language barrier either since we spoke both English and Spanish with her. The food was decent but expensive for what it is, especially since sides weren't included. Service was terrible. Never coming back and would not recommend

I ordered a burrito with no pico de gallo, as I have a sensitive stomach. After a couple of bites, I noticed that there's a little bit of onions in it, I was just going to ignore it, but after another bite, I realized that they got my order wrong as there's a good amount of pico in it. I thought I'd let them know so they can do a better job next time. I told the lady who took my order politely, as I was showing her the burrito. But instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong, the lady cut me off and snarkily told me "what happened?! You already ate half of it!". First of all, the burrito wasn't half-eaten yet. Second, it would have been okay with just a simple acknowledgment that they made a mistake. I didn't get her name, but I think she might be the owner as she complained in Spanish to another worker about my Amex credit card charging a lot. She didn't know that I understand Spanish. Rude service. And the meat was bland. Not coming back here.

I have been loving the Wednesday chicken tacos for years. Lately my location at spring mountain and arville is serving the tacos with about 50% less meat on them. Habanero's has a Tuesday chicken taco special with way more meat on them and I believe slightly better (subjectively).
