Roberto's Taco Shop is a restaurant that serves good food, but has some issues with customer service. The cashier was unfriendly, uncommunicative, and rude, making it difficult to order. One reviewer was disappointed with their visit, stating that the service was poor and the tacos did not meet their expectations. Another reviewer had a positive experience with the food, but was frustrated with the cashier's behavior, which included not clearly explaining the ingredients in a dish and changing their order without asking. Despite these issues, the reviewer enjoyed their meal, but was left feeling upset by the poor service.
