The house keeping didn’t clean the room until I made complaint to front desk and housekeeper supervisor. And this is found when I came back room at 11:20pm. It also took the housekeeper 30min to walk from downstairs to the room to do the cleaning.

You have got to be kidding me, ordered my kitchen things to the room as usual from housekeeping. Plastic plates and utensils for entertaining good thinking. Bartender at RoJo wearing flannel shirt open untucked and revealing his t shirt underneath, fine for the county fair, hard to impress a date that your in a nice place. Won’t be going back. Appears they are taking a page from the Motel 6 playbook.

OMG ! We just stayed here nov 26 This place isnt like the old Palms that is for sure ! At first i was hesitant of staying here until i saw it and experienced it , now without a doubt i would stay here again . the rooms are large and very trendy , ours had a kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom and shower . Killer views of vegas from our window. staff were very helpful and kind . Heres what i really liked .... they dont just let anyone stroll around the hotel , security will ask to see your room key , to protect their valued guests , i personally like that added benefit of safety . Now it isnt on the main strip , but it also isnt far from it either . Valet the car was a breeze , the guys were super friendly and extremely kind , tips always make the experience better , in my humble opinion .

Do yourself a favor and stay on the strip. Fell short in relaying any information on the property. Amenities are a joke and don’t ask for any, they wont deliver! And when you make a complaint, they don’t care.

First of all they gave my room away before I arrived and then gave me a similar room where there was a broken ice maker. Seems like a small thing..but they do not deliver ice and there is no ice maker in the entire hotel. They kept offering to subtract charges, but money isnt the point, if I couldn't afford the price I wouldnt have booked the hotel. Then balconies are locked. Why book a balcony hotel and then have no access to the balcony. Rooms are basic ( even the suites, dont fall for the professional photos) and linen had human hair all over it . Not impressed at all. Will never stay here again. And be clear this isn't a luxury hotel. It's not a hotel at all. It's a condo rental business with no or inconsistent amenities. Stay on the strip!!!

Comfortable, relatively clean and roomy. The staff were all very kind and always smiling. BUT, so many little things annoyed us enough that we cannot recommend Palms Place. For example, the is no information in the room about the hotel, spa, room service (there isn’t any, I found out after calling and talking with room service), restaurant times or menus, pools, fire safety, nothing. Also, the coffee shop in the lobby doesn’t open until 9am. The gift shop dose doesn’t keep regular hours. There doesn’t seem to be a spa menu anywhere except perhaps at the spa itself. We asked for toilet paper twice in 3 hours and eventually just hunted down a cart in a hall and got it ourselves( it was delivered at some point after we had left.) Our suite had an incredible balcony, but no balcony furniture. Security was good when is was present, and nonexistent , of course, when they were not.

Terrible service. Room was not ready at check in and the reception seemed to not care at all. Rooms have balcony’s that are LOCKED. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay somewhere else and have a much better experience.

Great place to stay. Everything we needed, spacious, and clean. Front desk service made it easy to check in...Natalie was very friendly and super helpful. Would stay here again. Excellent experience all around.

Palms Place was my usual go-to for an off-strip stay. I've stayed here maybe 6 times in the past couple of years while the Palms was undergoing renovation. Its main charm is how quiet and peaceful it is, how huge the suites are, and the added luxury of their deep soaking tubs. Unfortunately, those charms couldn't make up for the nightmare stay last night. Last night was my 3rd night of a 4 night stay here. Apparently there was a new tenant (?) who checked in last night across the way who had a dog that suffered from major separation anxiety. The hotel policy states that there are NO PETS ALLOWED (aside from service animals), but this pet was barking and scratching at its door from 10pm-4am... I doubt any trained service animal would be left alone in a place for that long, let alone one that suffered from such huge separation anxiety! I went down to complain 3 times, and each time, because the owner wasn't there, security and front desk couldn't help. And trust me -- this dog suffered from HORRIBLE anxiety -- not something anyone could sleep through or ignore. So I had to listen to this poor dog barking and scratching until 4am when the owners finally arrived. Anyhow, earlier that evening (before the dog situation), I went down to the front desk to extend my stay an extra night. Everything went smooth and they told me to come back down again the next morning in order to finalize my reservation. At 10:45AM the next morning, I went to the front desk and went through the whole reservation process again, then headed back to my suite... Not long after that, I get a knock on the door and before I could answer, housekeeping came in. I was stark naked on the bed, about to go back to sleep, and here's a housekeeper staring right at me. She didn't even declare that she was housekeeping and didn't even wait for me to say anything, just barged in! I jumped out of bed and hid behind a corner and told her, "I don't need housekeeping and I have DO NOT DISTURB on". She goes, "we still have a right to go in" and I was like "ma'am, I'm still here, I extended my stay, and if you don't mind..." and she continues arguing that she had a right to be there and asked if I'd even paid (?????)... all while I'm still standing there naked!! This was one of the most embarassing situations I'd ever been in -- and also startled the heck out of me! So I went down to the front desk immediately to complain. The lady (she was so sweet) completely understood what I was going through, between the housekeeper arguing with me while I was naked and dealing with a howling/barking dog all night, offered me a $50 food/beverage credit, which the manager then upped to $75. OK, so while the gesture was sweet, I really don't think $75 credit for food and beverages at the PALMS (not Palms Place, so I have to go across the parking lot for this) really makes up for lost sleep and being visually assaulted by their housekeeper. Tonight might be my last night staying here. While some of the staff are sweet, they could do better. If pets aren't allowed in hotel, this should apply to EVERYONE. And if someone has DND on their door, housekeeping should respect that (or double check with front desk about someone extending their stay instead of arguing with a naked tenant -- completely disrespectful!) Oh -- the other thing that's happening is that the hotel will try to charge you for every little thing. They no longer have free wifi -- was charged $12.99 per day PER DEVICE. And was also told if the bellboy were to accompany me with the luggage trolley to bring things to my door, they would charge me $10 (and no, I was not allowed to use the trolley on my own). They do not offer complimentary water either, as almost all other hotels do.

I spent 4 great days with my sons in the 56th floor Penthouse and it was Vegas luxury at its finest. Two bedrooms...three bathrooms...a theater room...spacious kitchen and living room plus a wonderful outdoor balcony and terrace with a glass enclosed hot tub that juts out over the edge. The views during the day are great but at night...spectacular. I've stayed in very nice places in Vegas before but being able to go outside into the sun and fresh air is a real plus. The suite has a Foosball table...a huge Jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom plus dishes...glasses...cutlery etc. to make your stay perfect. The decor is very upscale and modern with unique sliding walls so you can open the bedrooms up to the main room or slide them closed for privacy at night. Lots of big screen Smart TVS and WiFi included for your entertainment needs. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and a large soaking tub by the balcony glass doors if you want to relax and enjoy the view. This has become our new favorite place to stay in Vegas.

Had the pleasure of checking in with Shanice. She was very helpful with getting us checked in early and picking out a great room with a nice view. Welcoming personality and professional. Very satisfied ?

we stayed 4 nights at the Palms Suites rented by StripViewSuites. let me be clear that the rooms including amenities were really super. what a nice view of Las Vegas and also a corner balcony. what bothered us was the fact that we had to wait an hour and a half longer for the room to be completely cleaned. when we were allowed in our room, however, we saw quite a bit of dirt and dust. especially under and around the bed and in places such as the skirting boards. unfortunately there is also overdue maintenance, so the experience was a bit less. Because there was a washing and drying machine (which was not included in the description) we used it, but unfortunately all error codes. the dishwasher did not work well and we could wash everything by hand. also the shower door was a bit off the hinges so didn't close properly. also the bath plug does not work properly so we had to come up with something to drain the bath. the room, on the other hand, was super spacious and again the view was fantastic because we had to wait so long to check in, we neatly received a $75 voucher for food and drinks in 1 of their restaurants. however, we didn't realize that we couldn't book for dinner at A.Y.C.E buffet and we had a 3 hour queue to be seated yesterday!!! Unfortunately we did not take advantage of dinner and went for breakfast the next morning. unfortunately not hungry at all, but still able to eat something. she did apologize about this but what good is a $75 coupon if you have to wait 3 hours! so the late checkin left a bitter aftertaste. We would like to thank Chanél who helped us very well with our questions and assistance! Chanél really makes you feel appreciated as a guest.

Great location, great price, clean room, great view, and Chanel (the person who checked me in) was very nice, professional, not to mention very knowledgeable about the area and the property. I plan to visit again.

I had the good fortune to have Chanel check me in and she did an amazing job of describing the amenities of the resort. The pluses are no resort fees, great valet car service, a spacious condo with good views, loved the huge shower with rain head and we also had a washer and dryer in the unit. Things that could be better: The patio doors were locked and we had no access to this huge patio to enjoy the views, the kitchen isn't stocked with anything so there was no way to prepare even a simple snack, the parking fee is $40/night which seemed high.

Chanel was amazing!! Very helpful and so kind we had an issue when we got to the hotel, with our room, and she moved us without any problem! Then followed up with us to make sure the new room was all we needed!
