STRAT Cafe is an outstanding restaurant with an unparalleled view and a pleasant ambiance. The staff, including servers Raphael, Macah, and Jesus, are incredibly knowledgeable, delightful, and welcoming. The menu features dishes like the surf and turf with asparagus and mashed potatoes, where the steak is cooked perfectly, although the lobster tail can be a bit overdone. The restaurant week 3-course menu was a fantastic deal, with the short ribs and steak receiving high praise. However, the drink options were not as well-received. Overall, STRAT Cafe provides a memorable dining experience, thanks to its exceptional staff and delectable cuisine.
