Delicious doughnuts and great customer service. Apple filled cinnamon doughnut was everything and more that I could ask for. Customer service was very friendly and was patient while trying to figure out which doughnut we wanted out of their selection.

The line was super long on this day, and the service doesn't seem efficient. I LOVE their doughnuts and pizza. Just wish I went earlier in the day to grab my favorites. The matcha latte was decently good.

They were all sold out of the good stuff by 3:00 pm, even though they are open until 9:00.Huge disappointment...And $60 for a dozen donuts was definitely out of bounds.

Came in this past Sunday. Have visited a total of 6 times. The first time was great, every time afterwards has slowly gotten worse and worse. This Sunday was the last straw. This time the workers were clearly high school students. Not only did they joke and make fun of my name while I was there but then they proceeded to get my order wrong. I watched as they put 90% of their effort into joking around and messing with each other. I’ve never wanted to just leave a restaurant a soon as possible. The only thing keeping me there was the fact I had already paid and I had to wait for my ride to show up anyways. And my order was a simple 3 raspberry and 3 original beignets. I received 3 Nutella instead. We are a tree nut sensitive home so they had to be thrown away. Completely rude and unprofessional behavior on all accounts.

I’m from California and I been wanting to try this doughnuts for a while since I seen them on TikTok. So I finally went yesterday for the first time. They were ok. Also the girl that was working yesterday was super rude she had an attitude!!

This is mixed review because I love their pizza and doughnuts. My issue is 50% of people or more go here for their doughnuts but weekdays they are sold out of them by noon usually and weekends you need to wait in long line in mornings. I’m happy they are so busy by why is a business that is 50% a doughnut shop open until 9p daily but sold out of doughnuts by noon and doesn’t make anymore for evening customers. And it’s a bakery but doesn’t open until 10a?? I’ve gone there twice and no doughnuts were available in the late afternoon. Its all good but once the shine of being the “hotspot” on social media wears off customers will slowly dwindle if only half the menu is available after 12p…what is point of a doughnut shop staying up until 9p and being sold out of doughnuts almost the entire time you’re open?!?!?

Was visiting from out of state and drove 30 mins to try this place. The doughnuts are pretty flavorless and SO DOUGHY, like mostly dough and pretty dry at that. I tried their best selling creme brulee and it barely had any cream inside.... Not sure what the hype is? Must be paid reviews

The quality has gone down. The donuts do not look appealing. After I purchased and cashier handed me the box. I said the quality does not look the same. She replied “well you bought them anyway”.I work close by and I have special ordered prior to this visit. This will be my last time returning. Also out of Beignets. In other reviews. I read this is common.

Saint Honore is Insta famous for their donuts! This location, on a busy Saturday afternoon, has no more donuts and beignets (the other item they are famous for). They close at 9PM on Saturdays and they are not going to make anymore donuts or beignets. They are only going to sell their fake wanna-be pizzas with weird toppings, that don't even look appetizing. This location is a waste of a drive. If you want their donuts and beignets, you have to come early and hope they have them. Extremely careless and amateur inventory management. Hire a better store manager or an experienced General Manager.

I hate to leave a bad review but the experience was bad. Waited 45 min only to get to the front and there was MAYBE 7 cronuts left. They ipen at 10am and when I got to the front of the line it was 12pm. They ran out of everything within 2 hrs. I understand selling out, what I don't understand is why not let everyone in line know that they are out of pretty much all donuts. Someone in front of me took the initiative and let the people outside know and 99% of those waiting, left. Had I known they were out, I would have left also because I was there for the couture donuts.
