The line was super long on this day, and the service doesn't seem efficient. I LOVE their doughnuts and pizza. Just wish I went earlier in the day to grab my favorites. The matcha latte was decently good.
Came in this past Sunday. Have visited a total of 6 times. The first time was great, every time afterwards has slowly gotten worse and worse. This Sunday was the last straw. This time the workers were clearly high school students. Not only did they joke and make fun of my name while I was there but then they proceeded to get my order wrong. Delicious doughnuts and great customer service. Apple filled cinnamon doughnut was everything and more that I could ask for. Customer service was very friendly and was patient while trying to figure out which doughnut we wanted out of their selection.
