“My husband and I looked forward to this meal for 5 months. It was everything we imagined and hoped for and then some! The steak was perfection, we wished the jumbo lobster never ended and the table side Caesar was delicious! Our team of servers: Chris, Kevin, and Martin took extremely good care of us and made sure all details were discussed and presented. Chris was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. We canNOT wait to visit The Golden Steer again. Our experience was 12/10. What a treat!“

“I loved it so much I went two days in a row while on a trip to Vegas. BUT both days, I paid extra for chicken and it wasn’t added though it was definitely on my receipts. I even mentioned it the second day and asked them to make sure it was included this time. They promised it was under the sauce, but it wasn’t, and I was still charged again. It was still delicious, and the gal working both days was really nice, but the missing chicken both times was frustrating.“

“Our server Cindy was very overfamiliar, kept complaining about her manager and continuously told us that she was very overwhelmed by her 4 tables and that another table had complained to the manager about her. We ordered an appetiser however our entrees arrived with our salad and soup before the appetiser arrived. I requested the appetiser 4 times before eventually asking them to remove it from our bill. Other than service issues, food was great, but service did dampen our meal.“

This is a great place to go for your healthy meal. It doesn't matter if you need breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can even get great snacks like pita chips and hummus.
The employees can answer all questions which relate to how items are cooked. This was helpful when picking a great protein snack for the dogs. They are fast and efficient.
I highly recommend this fast-food restaurant. You won't be sorry. I also know our boss used them to cater a lunch. It was great for those who have dietary restrictions or vegan.“

“This place was empty when I entered it. The dining area was very spacious and clean. I ordered the pad thai with chicken and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors. The portion sizes were decent, but on the small side.
The cashier was very friendly. The food took a little long, but I think because they were cooking it fresh which is not a bad thing.
The beverage machine had a lot of choices.

“Some of the best ramen I have had in Vegas Chinatown. I have been here six times and never been dissapointed. The broth is full of flavor and the ingredients are fresh.

The Gyoza are also a good option, as well as the chicken kaarage, although keep in mind if it is spicy it is SPICY!!

Mitarashi dango is soft and amazing too.

But the one thing that is the best about this place is the prices. Everything is well priced so you'll definitely have money left at the end of the night.
The service is amazing here, as our server was very kind. If you speak Japanese only you should be okay as well.

Keep in mind that it is only open after five pm.

The sashimi platter and all the carpaccios were the highlights for me—super fresh, flavorful, and better than most AYCE places in Vegas. I’m all about the sashimi, while my hubby is hooked on the deep-fried sushi rolls—so there’s something for everyone to enjoy! At $34.99 all day, the quality of the sushi and sashimi alone made it absolutely worth it. The only downside was that they didn’t have uni or amaebi, but with everything else they offered, we still left satisfied. We ended the meal with an affogato, the perfect sweet and bold finish to an already amazing experience. “First time at an Urban Cafe. The food was great and the people were very nice. What I'm guessing to be the manager even stopped by our table as we were finishing, politely asked us how we enjoyed it, verified us as first timers, and offered us a first timer's cookies (it was delicious).
The kiosks are lined up as you come in (sadly common these days), but they are clean, have large screens and looked easy enough to use. We instead made our way over to the counter area - mostly due to the billboards that made the entire menu easy to read and compare. The cashier counter was vacant, but someone stepped over pretty promptly to ask if we had any questions. We didn't yet, so they went back to what they were doing yet stayed attentive such that when we were ready we did not have to wait for someone to step right up to take the order.
The food was delivered in a very reasonable time and was tasty. Both our sandwiches included a side salad, which was also very good.

At the end of the day, it' has a little bit of a fast-foody feed, but up-leveled substantially with way better quality food and service for only marginally more than what a trip to a traditional fast food place costs these days.

It feels like it would probably get fairly loud in there when they are busy, but we were there during off hours and can't say for sure given there were only 1-2 other tables in use during our stay.

Overall a simply great experience that met or exceeded our expectations based on what we knew when we decided to go there.
