Antonio did a FANTASTIC job as a server. My meal was excellent! He explained the menu and the choices. Everything was done to perfection.

Ordered chicken fajita they were still pink inside and we had to send them back when they came back. It took quite a while and they were overcooked that was been the first time that I've had that experience and instead of copying it, they gave us a 20% discount.

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! Besides excellent food and service, it offered a unique Mexican menu with reasonable prices. Compared with other Mexican restaurants we have visited, it was welcoming and relaxing from the get-go. The drinks too were delicious and priced just right! We intend to visit this restaurant more often and make it our top favorite! Highly recommend !

Great service, good food. The Molcajete Combinazione was excellent. Hot lava bowl, with all the goodness simmering in salsa.

Haven't been in a few months and you could tell they refresh this place including the menu. Service was great, very attentive and sincere. Food quality was great for the value. Great locals spot.

We used to love this restaurant inside Boulder Station. We went last night for the first time in a long time. I called to make reservations but no one ever answered--ended up using Open Table. The menu is now just one large page with few options. My husband liked their chimichangas and I usually got flautas and/or a chile relleno. None of those were on the menu. Hubs got chicken enchiladas, which were tasty and I got 2 fairly small, ordinary taquitos, no better than the frozen ones at the supermarket. And just 2 to an order! Most restaurants serve 3, unless they are very large. No guacamole. They DID bring us a huge basket of chips, so I guess that is their idea of balancing things out. We won't return.

I love this restaurant because of the fried ice cream. I decided to take my mom here for an early Mother's Day. I really liked the food and left super stuffed. The server was a woman this time and I forgot her name but usually I get the men and been there tons of times with excellent service. The lady was good but they had elote happy hour special with the cheese and red powder stuff but I tried to order it for my daughter and the lady said ohh you can't get it on Saturdays and I was like I don't mind paying more it does not have to be happy hour price and I will pay extra to make my daughter happy. She said it's not available at all which I thought was odd and I was like ok. Well later on I seen another table get served 2 on a plate by us. I still tip 25% but having been Mother's Day celebrating a day early I was going to give more but since she told me that I didn't just have the 25%. She was a good server though besides that. Restaurants should give the customers what they ask even if they have to pay extra it's called good customer service! ❤️ The chef was excellent though!

I was with my date and wanted to talk at a comfortable level .background music was way too loud, we had to ask our server if he could turn it down . Aside from that we had a fun time. Food and service were both fabulous.

The food was average Mexican-style food. The service was adequate, the ambiance a bit noisy, the menu is average. The Guadalajara is good enough for a hotel/casino located on the northern end of Boulder Highway. It was our first visit and since we live fairly close by, we'll likely hit it again before we decide if it's worth the trouble.

Went for Mother's Day. Our waiter was very unfriendly. He did not tell us that there were levels of heat for certain dishes and gave my 72 year old mother extra spicy. He forgot to order one dish and never apologized for it.

Everything was pretty good. The chips are to thick & have a hard crunch! . Please change that! The salsa is good! I liked it, but this chips to dip them in aren't good at all.

The restaurant was decent. It was nothing special but also wasn't bad. The prices were very fair. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're already here, it's a good option.

As usual, my dining experience was excellent. Angela (host) greeted me by name and escorted me to my table. Ele (busser) delivered my drink, chips, and pico de gallo with no delay. Antonio (server) took my order and delivered it exactly the way I requested. The food was hot, flavorful and not spicy. Overall, 5* in every category.

Our food was excellent!we had chicken and steak fajitas and combination chili Reno's carnitas and burrito. Almost left till we politely asked if music could be turned down and they acomandated us.food there has always been good over the years the restaurant seriously needs a complete make over. Besides paint which colors are awful nothing has changed since opening in 1996.
