Went to the Sbarro in Boulder Casino and ordered food. Asked for a cup of water and the Lady would not give me a cup of water. Poor customer service. I Bought food and couldn't even get a cup of water. Zero stars.

If I could give a minus star I would. We visited on Aug 23, 2025 . It was my birthday, we decided to grab some pizza before our Movue at Regal Cinnema and the girl working g the counter was extremely rude, seemed bothered to have to wait on us and the pizza was gross, just cold and old and the worst I've ever had from Sbarros. Ticket #56044652 /server Gairav @4:31:34pm This young lady needs serious training in customer service. Definately not worth the $ we spent at all.

I've ate at sebral of there stores here in vegas...If owners are able to read this please put another store at the new CONOCO GAS STATION OFF OF ST ROSE PKWY AND LAS VEGAS BLVD IT WILL BE OPENING IM ABOUT 60 DAYS PLEASE PUT LOCATION AT THIS GAS STATION.... ITS ALOT OF CONDOS AND HOMES IN AREA YOU WILL MAKE PROFIT!

Very good food served at this location. I am assuming that the food is just as good at every S'Barro's. Pasta dishes are very good as is the individual pizza slices.
Stopped into this location to get something for dinner, only not able to get anything while staff was too busy talking to friends, etc...noticed other people going elsewhere for food items. Okay experience, they do not have online prices for whole "specialty pizzas. 24 dollars for a mediocre pizza is not worth it. Good for regular gamblers i suppose.
