This place makes you wait when you are already sitting. No one comes by to see how you're doing. After sitting for 15 minutes I finally got upset and started to ask is anyone going to come over and see what we to order. So finally a waiter comes and instead of apologizing he tells us that he's the only one serving the restaurant. I told him that's not an excuse. Management should have more people serving rather than the people behind the food area just waiting for orders to come in. Anyways I didn't think it was worth waiting even though I ordered finally and left. Please have an understanding that service means a great deal. If they don't care why bother patronoize their business!!!!
My family loved it. My 11-year old encouraged me to post a 5-star review.
Nice tucked away spot in the Palms. Food is delicious. Good size portions.
The food was tasty, and the service was OK. I loved the baby bok choy, and the fried rice had good flavor.
I love eating and I ordered my vietnamese food and I had egg rolls and pho part of the Vietnam street food
Food is amazing the pad Thai is one of the best I ever tried, if you go non rush hours you get a seat in less than 5 minutes if you go on rush hour it could take long since the place is small so try to avoid going on rush hour is common sense.
Qing Qing is absolutely wonderful!!! My original review was going to be 2 stars. But Qing Qing and the Mgr were so nice. Hopefully they can convince mgmt to consider making some flavorful choices. At the minimum, get some gf soy sauce. π
unexpextedly delish!!
My first time in Las Vegas and service in 99.99% of restaurants I went their customer service sucks!!!!! In this place, Service was quick, server was on point and food flavor was incredible!!!! I definitely recommend this place. They were busy, but the one server (Jessica) and one hostess (Jessica) were super quick! This is the only place that the palms casino and resort have employees that are quick and efficient. Not like the other restaurant close by the pool area where service sucks and the wait time and wait time of food is of 2hrs plus. 45 minutes wait time to be seated and 1:15 hrs to get food in table, even when not busy!!!!!
front attendant April 23 8:30 pm was so rude..no manners. Responding to us in loud voice like we were her servant.. telling us she just arrived and we hv to wait to. 4 of us in the queue just left after hearing her talk. I'll never recommend this restaurant!!!!

Great food! Ate here twice during our week stay and for the conference we attended. Highly recommend. Pot Stickers, garlic edamame, lo mein, lo pad chicken, Mongolian beef with rice, etc. Each dish was divine and a treat for the taste buds. A little pricey but definitely worth it!

Great food in this rather small eatery in the Palms Casino. All food is cooked to order. My wife and I have eaten here on two occasions and food is absolutely delicious.

Food was cold and had no taste. Soda was flat. Server was nice and apologized but this is definitely a NO GO for me.

I went here a few days ago and had a great experience! My server, Jessica, was so friendly and made the experience so much better. I wasn't sure what to order, but she explained the menu thoroughly and reccomended the pho, lobster fried rice, and wonton in chili oil which was really great! The food was solid, but the service was definitely the best part.
