Beautiful bar/lounge area, service is very good. Food was 50/50, red sauce was ok, nothing to rave about. White sauce was very good, bread basket was delicious. Meatballs were just ok. Happy hour all day Sunday was fun, great selection of cocktails. Wonderful selection on the desert menu.

If it's Thurday evening ... and you find yourself on the Southwest side of Las Vegas ... Siena Trattoria is the place to be! Get there early enough for a GREAT HAPPY HOUR ... stay for the live music supplied by Kent Foote's Vegas Good Fellas. U will NOT be disappointed!
7/10 It does definitely feels like a mom and pop Italian upskilled restaurant. We've been here a few times for happy hour, but this time we did dinner. The gnocchi was very doughy with very little flavor. But I personally don't like gnocchi typically. The bread and butter service was very dry. We also got the off menu sea bass with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was very woody. And can only eat the very top part. They looked fresh but for whatever reason all four of them were stiff.
I had many choices to go for Mother's Day and chose Siena based off of the menu choices and prices. I searched several restaurants to find something my daughter would eat. We get there and we are told it's a special Mother's Day menu. Come to find out that means there is just a 30% price increase the day of and we asked for the cheese raviolis and were told it wasn't available that day. Yet, we heard the table next to us ordering and saw them bring it out. Instead the only thing else she was able to eat was the sauted chicken. We find out it was just precooked plain “chicken” and the smallest portion. Everything we got was cold. My salmon was undercooked. I've never had so much oil on a dish before either. And the only thing special is they raised prices from $25 to $35 for Mother's Day. No special actual menu. Just raised prices. They never brought the salad and when the bill came, we asked if he still charged us for the salad that was never brought and instead of saying oh whoops sorry about that. Just no it's not on the bill. I don't know how this place has been in business this long, unless it's just bad because of the holiday. But if you aren't going to mention an increase price on OpenTable or your website then you shouldn't be allowed to charge it. Especially hey moms, we value so much we will increase the meal by 30% just for your special day. If the food had been good, then fine. But both a double whammy.
We visited the restaurant a couple years ago and were so impressed that we considered it a special place for meaningful occasions. The atmosphere, food quality, and attentive waitstaff made it feel high-end and memorable. Because of that great experience, we chose to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary and invited friends to join us for what we hoped would be a special evening. Unfortunately, our recent visit did not meet those expectations. The overall atmosphere and quality seemed to have declined. The menu presentation, which peviously felt elegant in a hardcover format, was now a simple plastic covered sheet, and the food itself was mediocre at best. Our server was ok, not overly attentive, and to make matters worse,, there was a loud band playing in the adjacent bar with no doors to separate the spaces. The noise made it nearly impossible to hold a conversation at our table. This was a milestone occasion for us, and we left feeling disappointed rather than celebrated. One positive was the waiter brought us a slice of opera cake to celebrate the occasion. We hope this feedback helps in improving the experience for future guests.
Food was wonderful. The Eggplant Parmesan was beautifully prepared. Sliced thin and not over sauced. The calamari was tender, Lasagna was a hit with my granddaughter and my daughter said the Canneloni with Bechamel sauce was the best she ever had.
Siena is always a great place either for lunch or dinner. The evening kitchen is also willing to adjust an item to make my favorite punttansca sauce.
They have excellent pizza, and on Friday and Saturday, they have a live band, and they are absolutely amazing. They play good music.👍👌

Recommended dishes: Lobster Ravioli, Caesar Salad, Classic Lasagna, Ricotta Cheesecake
Parking: Eggplant parmesan was cut longways with skin on making it unchewable. Marinara sauce was inedible having been spiked with jalapeño . Not true Italian cooking. More like Mexicans in the kitchen.
Also bought 2 sfogiatelles ...they were stale...I froze them to bring them back to you. If I return I want a free lunch and money back on the pastries.
Recommended dishes: Gelato
Very tasty Italian food at relatively low prices compared to other similar restaurants. Only negative is it can be quite noisy at times.

Great find on our recent trip to Las Vegas! Food was wonderful! We will definitely go back!
The duck breast cooked as recommended by the chef (medium rare) was so chewy rendering it inedible.
The whole experience was outstanding. No complaints at this end. As one of the few people that enjoys Single Malt Scotch Manhattans the bartender is an artist.
Worst experience ever. Waited 65 min, ordered drinks and an app, but nobody ever came back to check on us or take our dinner order.
Food delicious, service more than adequate, prices reasonable. This was the first time there but it will not be the last. Glad we were referred to this restaurant.
