Made the ultimate mistake by going to the drive-thru and making a bigger mistake with ordering the food. We ordered two(2) number 7 combos ( footlong conie with fries and a drink and an extra footlong). The fries tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for hours, dried up, and then thrown back into the deep fryer filled with rancid grease! The coney dogs were definitely old and completely inedible, and the chili had literally lost its moisture, and the buns had a spoiled taste to them. Get more employees who know what to do, or stop beating up the Sonic Drive-In brand and shut it down completely so customers don't get ripped off or even sick because of untrained and non willing employees that don't want work there in the first place!!.

Stay away, took over 30 mins to finally take mh order then another 30 mins to get my food only to realize they had charged me for the hot dog they where supposed to delete because i didn't ask for a footlong i asked for a regular then i found i was missing a chicken wrap, then as i was checking the other food i found that my burgers where all missing lettuce, so i walked to d cashier and i told them d burgers where missing lettuce n at this time they informed me they didn't have lettuce all day, so i asked how was it that they where making my missing chicken wrap without lettuce, the employee said they didn't think about that, i left this place so fast n after eating d cold food i took with me i had no ketchup no straws also. Thanks night crew keep up the horrible work

It's always a hit or miss at this location, but the service remains the flaw we continue to see. Today I ordered 2 chocolate brownie blasts in the drive thru, but when I got to the window, they handed me two chocolate blasts. I told them I ordered the chocolate Brownie blasts then the teenager in the window took them back and said they'll fix it for me, but they just put some brownies on the top before handing them back to me... Too bad the chocolate chunk brownie blasts that I wanted don't come with chocolate syrup, they come as vanilla soft serve with brownie chocolate chunks swirled in.. which is why we love them. However, we went home with two chocolate blasts that only had a few brownies sprinkled on top... Instead of what we actually came there for. I'm a local who comes here less frequently as time goes on, because of the horrible service and lack of integrity that seems to linger at this location. I'm disappointed once again. Teach your employees how to care about their customers, because the lack of respect shows is just how much your company doesn't care about the people who come to visit your restaurant.

If you go to this Sonic, you will waste your time. Worst location in all of Las Vegas. Incompetent teenagers that can't put simple fast food orders together.... I had a delivery that I called over the 'red call button' three times and they had nothing to say except just give us a second. But I literally watched multiple cars come and go as well as the drive-thru empty out. I sat there from 9:51pm to 10:14pm.

Went to Sonic's about 11: 30pm and waited about 25 to 30 minutes for my food only for it to be the a old dried up burger so I asked them to remake it they make the wrong burger it took all of 45 minutes for me to get one order so I'm not a big fan of sonics and I won't be back.

It was very slow at this location. I was the only one that used the parking stall to pickup my order. The first stall I went to said on the screen that their order was in the kitchen, so I move to the next parking stall. The lights were off, I thought that was strange. After a minute of parking there in the dark, the lights powered on. Great, someone noticed it was dark outside.They weren't paying attention to my order. They came out twice to make sure I had an order and that I was in the correct stall. They forgot my drink holder and they decided to substitute my fries with tater tots. The guy hands off my order so fast I almost drop one of the shakes. The guy didn't even talk to me about my other or ask if that was all I needed. A napkin would've been nice. He just walked off toward the direction of the bathroom.I tried getting his attention so I could give him a cash tip. I guess he was too busy talking to whoever was on his headset. I don't tip on the app... Because, why would you want them to be taxed on a tip?
