It's always a hit or miss at this location, but the service remains the flaw we continue to see. Today I ordered 2 chocolate brownie blasts in the drive thru, but when I got to the window, they handed me two chocolate blasts. It was very slow at this location. I was the only one that used the parking stall to pickup my order. The first stall I went to said on the screen that their order was in the kitchen, so I move to the next parking stall. The lights were off, I thought that was strange. After a minute of parking there in the dark, the lights powered on. Great, someone noticed it was dark outside.They weren't paying attention to my order. Made the ultimate mistake by going to the drive-thru and making a bigger mistake with ordering the food. We ordered two(2) number 7 combos ( footlong conie with fries and a drink and an extra footlong). The fries tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for hours, dried up, and then thrown back into the deep fryer filled with rancid grease!
