Sorry Not Sorry Creamery - DTLV Fremont

Shoutout JADE, Darryl, and Emily! I love this place every time I come up to Fremont I HAVE to get a scoop. My absolute favorite ice cream spot EVER and the club is ALWAYS jumping!!!

Every flavor is delicious! So, I went with a friend and we both got one of their flights of four flavors and so we got every flavor but the cookies and cream. My favorites were the matcha berry brownie and the cinnamon snickerdoodle cookie. Now, I begrudgingly give you two because every scoop and bite I wanted more of. Thank you for a really fun night enjoying all your delicious creations!

Well, it may not be very good, but at least they don't give you very much for your money. $6.45 for the smallest single scoop I've ever seen. Yeesh

If I could give 10 stars I would!! We happened to stop by because we smelled the most DELICIOUS waffle cones being hand made and we couldn't pass it by. The person working there's name is Jade and she was AMAZING!!! She gave her opinion on each flavor and described them perfectly, and she happily offered samples just based on what me and my husband were saying out loud while looking at the menu trying to decide from such unique options. Jade absolutely deserves some sort of raise and praise for how wonderful of a worker she is! May God bless her and all the people she encounters! (flavors in the picture i believe are black berry bask cake and cookie butter)

Stopped by this Sorry Not Sorry Creamery on Fremont excited to try it, but the interaction with the guy at the window completely killed it. From the moment we walked up, his attitude was rude and dismissive, like we were bothering him just by asking questions and trying to decide what to get. It got so uncomfortable that we ended up walking away without even ordering any ice cream at all, which says a lot given how much we were looking forward to it. With so many spots downtown that actually seem happy to have customers, I won’t be giving this location another chance

Really disappointed because I’m a local and this has always been my favorite ice cream spot. Arrived around 9 PM and there was a handwritten sign saying “be back at 9:20.” Multiple customers walked up, saw the sign, and left instead of waiting around outside. We decided to wait, then the wind blew the sign off the window and the employee came over and replaced it with another sign saying “be back at 9:23,” adding even more time.

I called the store and was met with attitude on the phone. The employee kept saying it was his break, but customers were actively showing up and leaving. I completely understand employees needing breaks, but this was handled poorly and came across very unprofessional. It sucks because I genuinely love this place, which is why this experience was so frustrating.

This place was whack....just like any other hyped up place. Nothing beats ice cream from Europe.

Might be the best ice cream ive ever had. If you are visiting vegas or even a local, this is a must try

Be aware: they will try to upsell by serving two scoops as separate cups just to upcharge you. I only wanted one cup. The signage clearly advertised the price at around $8, yet I was charged $12.90 for two scoops.

The service was even worse than the pricing games. I was met with an ugly, disrespectful attitude from the employee when I questioned it. I don’t tolerate being treated poorly, especially when unethical practices are involved. The employee had a rude stare, eye rolling, and bitter face. I made them refund me and took my business elsewhere. The employee destroyed my experience. Zero friendly from the start.

Heartless soul selling ice cream pedestrian style or rather say that this establishment staff needs customer service training or hire someone who really loves selling ice cream. I could tell from the start she hates this job.

Then she charged over $12, despite the price sign saying otherwise. That’s not confusion—that’s a cash grab. I left feeling scammed. Hard pass.
