So good and very allergy friendly, definitely a must when in the area!
The ice cream was great! The line wasn’t very long. I don’t remember what flavor I got but it was super creamy. The employees were nice. Would definitely return.
LOVE the little window service. And their dairy free options are ALWAYS the best! Creamy and full of flavor 😍
Heard so many good reviews and finally got to get this today and wow are yall sorry about not putting any flavor in these ice creams? Ordered strawberry shortcake and black berry something and neither had any taste- the blackberry had more flavor than rhe strawberry (if there was even a ripple of strawberry in here i couldn't find it). Save you money and go elsewhere
In the sweltering heat of a Las Vegas summer, what could possibly be more appealing than a scoop of artisan ice cream? My search for the perfect frosty treat led me to Sorry Not Sorry Creamery, a delightful little spot that’s been on my radar for a while. Tucked away on the Strip, this creamery offers a sweet respite from the desert sun, and it absolutely delivers on its promise of unique, delicious flavors.
The Vibe: Grab and Go Goodness
Stepping up to Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is a straightforward affair. There’s no grand dining room or cozy seating; instead, you order from a simple window, which gives the place a charming, no-frills feel. The downside, of course, is the lack of seating. We ended up taking our cones to a nearby casino to enjoy them in air conditioned comfort, a practical solution for a hot day. While it would be lovely to have a small bench to sit and savor the experience, the focus here is clearly on the ice cream itself, and the grab and go format works perfectly for the bustling Las Vegas crowd.
A Symphony of Flavors
The true star of the show at Sorry Not Sorry is, without a doubt, the ice cream. The flavors are far from your standard vanilla and chocolate; they are creative, well-executed, and genuinely memorable. I was faced with a pleasant dilemma, sampling a few flavors before making my final decision. My first picks, the rich and decadent Triple Chocolate and the delightfully crunchy Pistachio Brittle, were both fantastic. The triple chocolate was an intense, cocoa-rich experience, while the pistachio brittle offered a perfect balance of salty and sweet with a satisfying textural crunch.
However, the real showstopper, and a flavor I urge you not to miss, is the Ube Honeycomb. This one was a revelation. The earthy, subtly sweet flavor of ube paired with the rich, buttery crunch of honeycomb was a combination I couldn't get enough of. It was a flavor so good I almost regretted my initial choices, wishing I had an extra hand to grab a third cone. My companion, on the other hand, went for the Strawberry Shortcake, a lactose-free option that was equally superb. It was a testament to the quality of the ingredients that a lactose-free flavor could taste so rich and creamy, proving that you don't have to compromise on flavor for dietary needs.
The ice cream itself is creamy and luxurious, melting in a way that reminds you of its freshness. The Las Vegas heat demands a speedy consumption, but every lick is worth the race against the sun.
Service with a Smile
The service at Sorry Not Sorry was impeccable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient as we deliberated over the vast selection of tantalizing flavors. They were happy to offer samples and made the ordering process a breeze, despite the heat. It’s always a plus when the people serving the food are as delightful as the food itself, and the team here certainly fits the bill.
Final Verdict
Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is a must-visit for any ice cream lover in Las Vegas. The flavors are unique and delicious, the staff are wonderful, and the value is unbeatable for the quality you receive. While the lack of seating is a minor inconvenience, it’s easily remedied by taking your sweet treat to a nearby air-conditioned spot. I will absolutely be back to explore more of their creative flavor menu.
Verdict: Recommended
This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a high-quality, artisan ice cream experience on the Las Vegas Strip. It’s a great destination for a quick, delicious treat to beat the heat, especially for those who appreciate innovative and well-crafted flavors. Don't skip the Ube Honeycomb!
Love their ice cream would recommend to friends
Disappointed on ariving @ this location...no place to sit & enjoy there product. Too far for walking back to our hotel.
Hilarious experience if you show up for just ice cream after 12. What can I say? I know what I like. This was some really good ice cream!
After a fulfilled dinner at Lawry’s. My dad wanted some late dessert what lol okay? When an 82 years young man request for dessert almost at midnight I immediately said yes let's go. Thank god this place opened late.

Tried out Sorry not Sorry for the first time and it was delicious! The Las Vegas heat can be easily combatted with a nice ice cream cone, which is exactly what we were looking for. I’m a little sad that there was no seating available for us, so we ended up taking the ice cream to a neighboring casino to enjoy.
The flavors are solid, and the staff were nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

Good ice cream
This is hands down thee BEST place to get ice cream! Everything is so flavorful. I need them to come to NC or ship here ☺️
The ice cream is really good they have a downtown exclusive flavor. It’s my favorite sorry not sorry Flavor but this review is More about the staff and the way they treated me. We went there on Sunday night and once we got there, they A sign up that said we are on a break be back soon so we waited like I understand people take breaks. It’s a small location when both employees ended up coming back we were there. We were waiting in line and the employee. Cristy was extremely irritated that people were there when we were ordering. She wouldn’t even pay attention to us. She would she was sitting there on her phone, and then when we would say something, she would look up and she would roll her eyes every single time we would order anything we asked for a A sample of one of their new flavors and she rolled her eyes and told another employee I’m not getting them this you do it and it was just overall really negative experience because you go there. It’s more expensive than some of the places that you could go get ice cream and have staff like make it very clear you’re not welcome. There is kind of destroys the experience
last night when walking past sorry not sorry creamery on Fremont Street. I was so so excited because I have been looking forward to trying their establishment for years now. I purchased ice cream for me and my family and not only did we get rude looks and comments from the lady in the front cause she clearly doesn’t fing like her job. She also wanted to whenever I asked for a waffle cone ask me which one I said what are the options thinking there was multiple options again this is my first time here she looked at me and said what do you mean with a rude stare on her face and said it’s just a waffle cone.
( Mind you they have two different shaped waffle cones at the establishment. )She was extremely rude. I can’t believe I spent $15 on two ice creams for my service and dreams and excitement of coming here to be shattered. i’ve never felt so dumb ever. please hire people that would love to work for you. i live in orlando fl and i would fly here to come work for you and take this girls job.
