It’s a Starbucks inside a busy hotel, temper your expectations with service. Quality of food was fine but waited 30 min for a toasted bagel

Please double check your cream cheese. This location gave me completely moldy cream cheese which leaked onto my bagel and ruined all the food items I had purchased. I spent $35 that morning, and corporate Starbucks only offered to put $10 on a Starbucks card for me. I would like to just be refunded but unfortunately the phone won’t even go through to this store. So disappointing for such a large corporation with millions of dollars to treat a loyal customer this way.

Very efficient and friendly workers. Had long line at 7:30 am but it went quickly and I got food in a timely manner. Minimal seating and high prices, but that's just the strip. I had the spinach feta egg white wrap and it was salty but satisfying.

Slowest starbucks ever. Staff standing around catching up about their day, line going out the door. Don't bother.

No condiments available. Had to ask for half n half and sugar. Breakfast sandwich took over 5 minutes even though the place was not busy. I had to as about my sandwich order and it had been sitting on the counter behind register. Not the usual Starbucks service I've experienced.

On four occasions visited between 630am and 730am for coffee. Each morning there was line of at least 20 people waiting to order, with at least another 15 people waiting to pick up their order. Each day there were ten employees behind the counter. The customer service at this location is Horrible....they even did not seem to care about good customer service...why is management let this happen...

Literally put nothing but coffee in a cup with no additions AND it was cold after a 18 min wait. When trying to request a new drink, the cashier wanted to argue and get combative. There were literally no add ons in the drink and it was cold, how can you argue that?All in all, it took about 35 minutes to get the wrong coffee a 2nd time that was likely maliciously intentional.Fire your weekend staff at the NyNy concierge location. They are horrid human beings.

This Starbucks opens at 6am, how many times as a Manager must you look at your cell phone, see that it's 6am, see that there's customers waiting before you decided to open the store. There was at least 15 people behind me in line. The lights turned on at 6am and someone finally let us in at 6:03am. Yes, some may say only 3 minutes late BUT your business hours are posted and you should be ready to conduct business exactly that time or earlier to take customers! There were 4 team members in that store not including the Manager/Supervisor.I had to ask the gentleman at the counter several times for a bag for an additional item I purchased. They also do not accept star rewards at this location and cash purchases was not an option either, credit card only. My drink and pastry was made/prepared well. Overall the need better time management.

Great place to grab a drink in the morning. Mobile order is available. It’s a beautiful store but it’s generally busy at all hours so not sure the atmosphere matters much. Just be aware of the prices before you order. I chose to use points since it’s basically airport prices here.

Long line. Long wait for a flat white coffee that tasted like hot milk. And a regular coffee that tasted bland. McDonald’s is better.

Like many of the other Starbucks locations that you will come across on the strip, this one gets plenty of customers and can sometimes have a line. The workers here work through the line pretty quickly.
