Booooo, this is like an airport Starbucks with worse customer service. Staying at Golden Nugget, coming down from the treadmill area, I was hoping to grab a coffee and breakfast. I had my credit card and room key on me in my gym shorts, ready to roll. I waited (and waited) to grab a coffee, a yogurt, and a fruit bar and when it came time to foot the hefty bill of $22 (!!!), I was denied. Denied because I didn't have my ID to purchase it with. I stood in line forever to buy a water. I see people coming in and asking for ice in a cup. I was tired of waiting so I asked for a cup of ice and water. I was at the point I would take tap water. The manager comes over and gives me lecture about stepping out of line. I just told them to keep the water. Instead of lecturing me, the manager should have opened another register so I could have paid for a bottle of water.

This is the Starbucks in the hotel lobby,not the one on Freemont St. This is the one in the Golden Nugget you want to visit. Great customer service. Only knocking down rating because they were out of some items first thing in the morning and my bagel was barely toasted.
