So i order a soy white chocolate mocha and 20 min later start having stomach problems. I decided to go back so i could give someone a heads up to be more careful next time when they fill an order. Met with Danny. His response? "No, i gave you the right one" i said, "my stomach would disagree with you, but i just wanted to give you a heads up". What next in his response? "No. I gave you the right one". So I would recommend a better place to get a drink so they: 1. Give you the right drink 2. Listen to your concerns instead of arguing with you. Anywho... thanks to that starbucks for the diarrhea. I won't be going back. I would recommend to skip the Starbucks by the lobby where Danny works and go to the one closer to the centrifuge lounge.

Super long line. They had one register open and a line of 20 ppl. They told me they were only serving ppl kn order and I would have to wait, then they gave someone after me their order

Tried twice. Can't get an order correct after all that effort. It's a shame when u are paying $8+ dollars for a reheated sandwich. Went to 2 locations for Starbucks at mgm. Epic fail!!!

Display case holding food items had 10 layers of dust. My husband wiped his hand across as the line of people gasped. A simple wipe off should be part of the everyday clean up. Gross. My hubby mentioned it to one of the employees they ignored him.

Worst Starbucks I've been too. Hands down the slowest service out of any Starbucks. If there is a line (which there always is) you're better off going somewhere else, because it will take you about half an hour to get a cup of coffee. Insane! Avoid it if you can.

Great location inside the MGM Grand lobby. I had a little issue with Starbucks card but the manager, managed to solve the issue plus she didn't let me pay for the food.

A grande plain coffee is $4.35 here which is outrageous or you can get the tall for $4.28 which that price isn't on the menu you have to ask. The line is always extremely long and it just seems slow... The coffee tastes good and fresh but i'd recommend walking over to the Starbucks by the food court as weird as it sounds, the prices are cheaper for the exact same stuff! It's outrageous the price rip off that goes on here. To top it off when you're checking out and paying with a card there is an option to tip and the barista then starts being nice to you and complimenting your shirt or wallet because they want a tip... I've just experienced much better at every other starbucks than this location, total rip off in my opinion.

If your going to use during a weekday morning, make sure you leave yourself at least 45min to wait in line as multiple people help one customer so the line just sits.
OMG majorily overpriced here!! A Tall Machiatto is $7. Almost as much as a meal. And don't even get me started on the food it's a lot more. We stopped by here before our show at the David Copperfield theater and ended up spending $20 for coffee. Atleast the coffee consisteny was good but man is Starbucks looting people here. On top of that the baristas were showing some attitude when I asked them for a cup of water. They were like you should have ordered this with your drinks since it creates more work. Umm... excuse me there was one other person waiting and we just paid $7 per coffee drink. Ughh won't be returning here.

The most expensive Starbucks. Period. Large plain old coffee, plus protein box, just shy of $15. Nuts. Staff is slow. Customer service rating would be 1.5 stars. The coffee IS reliably great Starbucks brew.
