The service at Starbucks in the Southwest terminal B is horrible. Bad attitudes and rude staff person. There are 6-8 people behind the counter and no one checked or intervened one rude employee who went on a tirade when I asked about my brownie. I had already waited and received my coffee so I politely asked (bc usually they come together) and I didn't ask for it to be warmed. Be warned...
This place was dirty all over. None of the tables was clean, the floor was a mess. Service wrote various customers names intentionally wrong so we missed our order and a lot of people were confused. Don’t get your coffee

I went to this Starbucks on Wednesday to buy a drink, paid for a venti size but it wasn't filled up. I asked the male staff at the counter if he could fill it up for me, but he replied that he didn't understand. It wasn't until I got angry and told him to make another drink that he filled it up. I saw other customers getting their drinks filled up, am I being treated unfairly? The service is really bad here, it's not worth coming to this store. You won't get what you want.
