amazing service placed a order in the app and they left off part of it and when I called about it they were very professional and respectful offered to correct the mistake with no problem or attitude. thank you for being so polite and respectful with the issue highly recommend above all other fast food restaurants here in Cookeville Tennessee. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I haven't eaten at a Steak n Shake in years, until last night because my child has Alpha Gal so there is nothing there for her to eat. I don't know what happened to this place but it was awful. I used to love to get a burger with cottage cheese and beans. Their menu is more limited now (no cottage cheese or beans) so I ordered a burger with onion rings. The bun was a plain, flat bun (not what was pictured) and it was so soggy I couldn't even eat it. They brought fries instead...read full review
