Not the wholesome place it one was. Used to be focused on customer service and quality food. Now it's just gimmicks and pointless patriotism. The food is gross, too. The fries are soggy since they switched how they make them.
Our last visit was our last visit. Steak n Shake, you made a bad decision, and have lost these two customers in the process. Stop supporting Republicans and fascism
