“At this location I ordered a meat lovers personal pan pizza from God Father's Pizza. Subway operates it at this Loves Truck Stop location. They have excellent pizza for a truck stop. I stop her for God Father's Pizza for the Meat Lovers or the Sausage Mushrooms after my shooting practice at the Apex range. God Father's Pizza is outstanding in my opinion folks!!“

“I like the food, it hasn't changed in many years, it's reliable but we all know it's not the best sandwich. The man who helped me tonight was friendly, helpful, did not make me feel rushed, smiled and gave terrific customer service. What I didn't like was the cost. $15 for a 12"!! “The people here are nice. However my online order gets botched every, single, time. Obviously they ignore the "special instructions" and this is very frustrating. I've spoken with the manager about this and they always apologize but I don't want anymore apologies, I just want my online order to be correct! Is that TOO MUCH TO ASK? They never honor my request for no bread. I think I won't be coming here anymore, there's no excuse for repeating the same mistake over and over again!“

“Its Subway pretty much all the same. We walked there from Wyndham blue. Food is hard to find food off the strip. We tried postmates for delivery that never showed. We learned later we were not safe to walk there because the homeless will try to robe you.“

Food is the same as other locations.

2. Ambience
Casual, lively and busy but most of the time I find a seat. The whole wall is made of glass so it can be hot during the summer due to the sun.

3. Service
The line was not long, the staff was nicc, quick and attentive. The cashier was a bit cold (looked tired or something).

4. Hygiene
Like other locations, it was clean.

5. Price
This location has higher price than regular ones

6. Location
It is in the food court at Premium Outlet (North).

7. Parking
You can park at parking garage or parking lot. Nevadans are free with DL

8. ETC
- Drink refill is $1

“Frankie took so much care of me and my friends. He was very patient as we were confused and figuring out our order, then helped to make us feel good about taking our time. We were a little intoxicated which made his service and consideration so much more meaningful.“

“Of all the Subways in Las Vegas, this one is by far the cleanest and just overall the best one there is! The service was wonderful, the lady that took our orders was so sweet and patient. Two times in a row now, they've ignored the extra topping requests.1st time I asked for extra sweet onion dressing and I received none at all and it was dry. “whoever worked the closing shift on 2/22/23 is one of the KINDEST souls I’ve ever met. To be honest, I’m not even a fan of Subway. I just went to get one of the desserts because I was having a really bad day and needed a pick me up. “Had an amazing experience at this specific location 10470 W Cheyenne Ave Las Vegas Nevada 89129. Ben is the one who made my sandwich. Everything was literally perfect and he’s the reason why I come to this subway specifically.

“The young man that is 16 that works there is awesome for such a age. The store is always clean. His service, customer service is so refreshing. Now a days you don't receive service line this anymore. Makes my sandwich taste even better ?.“

“Not only was this place clean and impeccable, but the staff was exceedingly kind. I had to make an emergency stop because my toddler needed to use the restroom. The kind staff ran ahead and gave me the key on the way by. The bathroom was clean and smelled better then any quick stop restaurant I've been to in the area. I came out thinking I would have to buy something and they were willing to let it go. Because of their kindness I ended up buying dinner there. The place does offer handicap accessible parking, entrance, and bathroom. Who ever was working at 9:20 this night, you guys are amazing. Thank you.“

“It's hard to get excited about a Subway sandwich. I've been eating at Subways in Las Vegas since 1990. They all seem to taste the same. This can be a good thing if that same is amazingly incredible. However, they're just okay.This location is no exception. While I do enjoy being greeted when I enter the store, staff is always very friendly... There's only so much they can do with the food they're given to serve.A Subway sandwich is not bad in any way. It's fine. They come out with different meats, different sauces, and different ways to combine them all with the wonderful selection of veggies, but at the end of it all, it still tastes the same.Perhaps it's the bread? I haven't seen a new update to the bread selection(s) in many years. In fact, I think they took a few away. Perhaps it's me? That is, I always order with the same toppings? (all the veggies)One terrific thing Subway does, and has for a while, is toast their sandwiches (upon request). This gives the perfect little crunch and heat to make the sandwich pop just that much more.Prices have gone up, certainly, as with all things. Long gone are the $5 sub days. Now, the best deal you'll find is buy two subs get one free, which is a good deal, for sure. “Decided to come here to get some healthy dinner and use up some coupons that we had.
The location on the strip did not accept coupons so we came here. It seemed fairly empty and a little sad but food was quite fresh so no issues there.

Husband got chicken teriyaki 6" and I got a salad with grill chicken. Really really love the volume in that salad! I asked for extra of spinach and lettuce and the actually gave me quite a lot of which I appreciate. Definitely value for money on that salad.

We also got a large Coke but for some reason the coke did not taste like regular Coke. So not sure what was up there.“

“We ordered online for pickup. Parking available in front of store with handicap access. Great location off 95 and N Durango. Restaurant opens at 7am. They have a breakfast menu as well. The service reps were very friendly and cheerful. The order was ready on time. I ordered the roasted chicken with layers of vegetables. It was delicious and I would order it again. Hubby had the Italian bmt. He liked it a lot. We will definitely return.“

He has to deal with a bunch of orders both in store and online, by himself and deal with all the meth heads and homeless people constantly in and out and around the store. “Food is good, workers are good, place was clean, etc.. But avoid going here during the day or perhaps shift change time at the hospital. You may have to park like a block away and have someone yell at you over a parking spot. Ppl were all stressed out frantically looking for a spot. I mean they have a small garage but it's a third mile away they didn't plan that whole place very well. Also they have charged me on the App before and I drove there and they were closed and didn't give me my money back until I went there with documentation. Theres no way to reach them online or by phone at all and the app itself offers no support. I will avoid this subway but not saying that the workers aren't doing their part and they are friendly. Have gone there about 7 times. I get it they're geared more for ppl already at the hospital but probably lose a lot of business because of the hassle. Even with a totally overflowing parking lot the subway was dead empty.“

“An average Subway across the board and I’ve eaten at many of them around the world. The service was good. The app worked well for ordering in advance. They seem to need a new toaster considering none of the sandwiches I ordered over a few days were toasted enough. Non-smoking restaurant but within a smoking casino; so not really completely smoke-free. Prices are certainly higher at this location but the app allows use of coupon codes. But the sandwiches were tasty and made accurately.“

“Subway is the same pretty much anywhere in the world and the one located in the Gold Coast is no different. Convenient location if you're a guest craving a sandwich. I was jonseing for a Subway sandwich and the steak sandwich really hit the spot. It was pretty filling too and I have a huge appetite. There were only two people working at the counter so service was a bit slow but the employee was pretty friendly. The price was ridiculous even by Vegas standards. It cost me $25 for a sandwich, two cookies and chips but of course you don't come to this town to save money.“

“My large family came here after a long day at the park and we needed a platter of subs. We used the drive thru since there were 8 of of us in the car and 3 people waiting at home. The sandwiches were made with haste and it helped that the cashier spoke Spanish for my mom. They even gave us a discount. Very friendly and reliable staff. Also tasty sandwiches.
