It's like corporate lures you in with coupons and then the store lets you down. I'm 100% sure it's a corporate issue as I've tried to call customer service which is a joke and a pitch for a life alert system. This location is pretty good even if English is not their native language. The coupon issue honestly has been killing the experience.
Everything was great except that they did not have any unsweetened iced tea. Sorry but I have to ding you one star for that.

This Subway is a cozy establishment located conveniently across the street from a beautiful park in Las Vegas. The sandwich artists are kind and caring, providing fast service and delicious food. The restaurant is clean and impeccable, with a staff that is exceedingly kind and accommodating. They even went above and beyond to assist a customer with a toddler who needed to use the restroom. Despite a few minor issues, such as the bathrooms being temporarily unavailable and a sticky front door, the overall experience at this Subway is positive, with customers appreciating the quality of the food and service.
