Came in to order around 5:30 pm, two young girls were working and decided to run to the back to not take my order and fight and laugh over who was going to take it…. Very unprofessional and I was not satisfied with the service.
Kim and Heaven made our experience getting a sandwich with my daughter after my hair appt so enjoyable. They were kind personable and gave very good service with good portions and made me and my daughter feel welcome. Our new face subway sport 💕🙏☺Thank you !!!! I was there the day before my bday and they even wished me a happy bday 🎂🎉
Accidentally picked this location instead of my regular one on Maryland Pkwy and Silverado Ranch. Big mistake. Ordered both sandwiches with 50% more protein, both had less than the normal portions of protein. Very little of everything else ordered on both of them as well.

Subway, a popular sandwich franchise, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the great service and delicious subs, others have experienced unpleasant interactions with the staff. The employees can be particular about restroom usage, especially for customers who are not making a purchase. However, the sandwiches are generally considered to be of high quality, even when using coupons. The environment is clean, and staff members are friendly, providing good customer service. Customers appreciate the freshly made bread and customizable subs, often taking advantage of the coupons sent in weekly mailers for great prices. The smell of fresh bread upon arrival creates an inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for many. Although some wish app rewards could be used in-store like at McDonald's, overall, Subway offers a decent dining experience. Customers should be mindful of staff expectations to ensure smooth transactions, but most enjoy the quality food and friendly service.
