Better places to eat. Dirty, hostess didn't say two words and was unpacking boxes like discarded amazon deliveries all over the entrance and could care less that we had a reservation. She then proceed to leave the menus on the table and walked away, still no words. Waitress was very emotionless and seemed like she was burdened by our visit. The Bartender filled our drinks more than she did and was a little more friendly, but not much. Food was ok, below or average bar food, nothing more. The only thing that was decent was the milkshakes. Over all, don't waste your time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I had very high expectations for Sugar Factory based on its reputation and celebrity appeal, but this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. The kitchen completely ignored my food instructions, which is unacceptable, especially when guests have specific requests. The chicken tenders were clearly frozen, supermarket-quality—not fresh or homemade as you would expect from a restaurant with this reputation. It only got worse from there. Our appetizer never arrived. The meatballs were dry, overcooked, and honestly disgusting. My daughter's meal didn't come out until everyone else had already finished eating, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The chef came to our table and simply said that because two dishes had issues, they would remove them from the bill. While I appreciate the gesture, for a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end dining destination frequented by celebrities, I expected a much more professional approach. An apology and removing two plates from the bill doesn't make up for a ruined family dining experience. The only thing Sugar Factory consistently does well is the drinks—they were excellent. Unfortunately, the food was worse than what you'd get at many fast-food restaurants. In fact, I'd honestly recommend eating at McDonald's first, then stopping by Sugar Factory just for a drink. They would probably be better off operating as a bar instead of a full-service restaurant. The one bright spot was our server, Vanessa. She was attentive, professional, and did everything she could to make things right. None of these issues were her fault. The problems were entirely with the kitchen and food quality. Sadly, I can't recommend Sugar Factory for food. They desperately need a better chef and much stronger kitchen management before I would ever consider returning.

The waiter was rude and plus she was kinda in a hurry for everything I had to tell her to Chg my receipt because it was extra charge on there. Very unprifessional

Food was okay but out of a party of 7, all our orders didn't come out together. Service was cool, although waiting 20 minutes just for water is insane. The drinks were strong so that's a plus. Overall the experience was Mid.

When we went the air was not working in 100 degree weather. They didn't have a lot of the items we wanted on menu.

The air conditioning was out. We weren't warned prior to being seated. Waited a solid 5 minutes to be seated. It was hot and loud. Food was overpriced. We werent offered a discount for the inconvenience. Male Manager kept walking by not even acknowledging us and was also quite rude. For a first experience, made us decide to never visit again.

Walked in and the hostesses were so unorganized, and I went up stairs through the elevator, and I met this African-American woman with glasses, and she was really bothered that I asked her to change a table and her demeanor was terrible, after that I got with another server she took care of me well. I was put in the corner of the restaurant near the roses wall and it was burning hot like no A/C existed. Also the chairs felt so unstable and were so wobbly felt like I was going to break the chair and fall. I was drenched in sweat and after a while of trying to enjoy me and my partner decided to take the food to go and eat it at home. Terrible experience

We came back because our first visit was such a great experience and wanted our kids to experience it too, but this visit was very disappointing. Our server rarely checked on us, never refilled our waters, and we had to go up to the server station for refills. We also never received our goblet drink, yet it was still on our bill. With a simple check-in, this could have easily been caught. A 20% gratuity was automatically included, and it honestly felt like that may have been why our server wasn't concerned about providing good service since the tip was guaranteed. Unfortunately, this experience makes us unlikely to return.

Worst experience of my life. Sat for 45 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. You would expect a restaurant that is $100 a person to at least have toilet paper on a spindle not hanging out on the counter. Issues brought up to the manager and she ran away stating she doesn’t make the prices. That’s true but she holds employees to a standard and there was no standard at sll

Alma served us and she did great. The food was okay considering the high price. Atmosphere was decent, but it was hot the entire meal. Not military friendly. The shakes looked good though.

Awful! The place was so hot! Was the AC broken? The food was mediocre but the drinks were good. Service was ok but the music was too loud for such a small place. Couldn't hold a conversation without yelling! Please skip this ridiculously expensive meal and go somewhere else.

The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Me and some family all went out, planning to eat and order some fancy drinks. Once we got there, the AC was completely busted, and the chairs were wobbling so hard that we almost fell out of them. When we were finally seated the place was practically empty. They put us in a corner near the roses where it was the hottest out of the whole place. The place was falling apart and everything was broken and creaking. The server girl we had was very nice and I do not believe that this was her fault. We had a Groupon and ordered 4 drinks. The total was over $200 without the Groupon. All 4 of the drinks had a great presentation but they tasted awful. They were not the greatest that we’ve ever had. We will not be coming back.
