Before my wife and I were finished with our first few rolls, we were already planning on our next visit to try the rest of the menu.Rolls were top notch, variety was excellent and the service was exceptional.They were attentive and on top of things even as it got busier.Overall it exceeded expectations.
Tried Sushi Bros on a vacation to Vegas after being disappointed by the sushi and service at a well-known Strip location. I have dietary restrictions that makes eating out a dreaded activity for my husband and I. We were blown away by the sushi chef Jake and our server Brianna. Jake came to our table to clarify food allergies. He then used his creative talents to make unique sushi rolls that accommodated my allergies. Delicious! So fresh. I was nervous when they changed the menu with their rebrand to Sushi Bros, and don’t get me wrong, there are a few dishes I really miss (goodbye, brisket gyoza and tuna truffle roll…). That being said, their AYCE menu is great. Everything they do here they do to perfection, down to the housemade soy sauce and pickled ginger. It truly is the very best sushi I’ve ever had in Las Vegas, and it could easily hold its own against the best sushi in other cities!
