Hours on the door, website, Yelp, and Google are different. When I went there it wasn't open. Bunch of homeless people sitting outside.

Didn't post their summer hours, drove out to try them and they were closed on Monday and had reduced hours every other day. Wish we could have tried it

I was nervous when they changed the menu with their rebrand to Sushi Bros, and don’t get me wrong, there are a few dishes I really miss (goodbye, brisket gyoza and tuna truffle roll…). That being said, their AYCE menu is great. Everything they do here they do to perfection, down to the housemade soy sauce and pickled ginger. It truly is the very best sushi I’ve ever had in Las Vegas, and it could easily hold its own against the best sushi in other cities!

Before my wife and I were finished with our first few rolls, we were already planning on our next visit to try the rest of the menu.Rolls were top notch, variety was excellent and the service was exceptional. They were attentive and on top of things even as it got busier.Overall it exceeded expectations.

Tried Sushi Bros on a vacation to Vegas after being disappointed by the sushi and service at a well-known Strip location. I have dietary restrictions that makes eating out a dreaded activity for my husband and I. We were blown away by the sushi chef Jake and our server Brianna. Jake came to our table to clarify food allergies. He then used his creative talents to make unique sushi rolls that accommodated my allergies. Delicious! So fresh. He gave us homemade sauces he fermented himself. He explained every ingredient and provided me with the best meal and sushi I’ve had in years. We were so impressed we went back the next night and Jake worked his magic. Jake is for sure the hidden gem in this little restaurant who knows fish, ingredients, flavor combos, and is a talent that fits fine dining and beyond. Sushi Bros should enjoy Jake for as long as he is there because someone is going to steal him up. Thank you!!!Parking: Covered parking, 75 minute limit, some homeless in the corners but campus police onsiteDietary restrictions: Multiple allergies accommodated: dairy, egg, soy, gluten, peanuts

Came here on a whim cause it was nearby at the time. The place is small but cute. Not super busy or loud, pretty quiet. The server was friendly but hardly attentive. They were kind enough not to make both of us do AYCE since i can't have sushi ... i got a beef teriyaki bowl and it wasn't anything to write home about, barely any beef and super tough. The sushi was good but hardly came out at a rate that would be considered acceptable. Our server had one other table and barely came to check on us...refilled what was soda at first as water. Would love to give another this place another shot, but it hardly felt worth the price.

Stopped in because I saw the new name across the street from UNLV and I have to say, I'm glad I did. Food was absolutely amazing. The care and quality definitely shows. The staff was friendly and service was fantastic. I think I found my new sushi spot. Thank you everyone at Sushi Bros.

Their food is excellent and very reasonably priced. You can get AYCE for $28 which is a great deal for the quality of food you're getting.Definitely try the wagyu sashimi. It's succulent and delicious! All the rolls we tried were very fresh and had very distinct flavors. Personally, I liked Lulu Lydia the best. Make sure to try their sashimi as well, the presentation is top notch (see attached picture)!Vegetarian options: They have a decent selection vegetarian and vegan options both in appetizers and sushi rolls.

Super good AYCE place. The fish is fresh and the rice is on point. The vibe is chill and the staff is cool. You gotta check it out if you're into sushi!

Came here thinking I was going to Joes sushi but to my surprise they changed. My fiancée and I was apprehensive on staying because we drove from summerlin specifically to have joes sushi. We decided to stay and give it a try and sure glad we did! More things on the menu, quality still absolutely great and it's now AYCE! What?! I wish I could gate keep this place but everyone needs to go here! If you're familiar with the deliciousness of joes sushi you will not be disappointed. Still the same flavors! Although some things from joes did not stay on the sushi bros menu such as the brussel sprouts and the brisket gyoza which were our faves. However, now you can enjoy tamago and masago and many more rolls and nigiris. The menu isn't large either which I totally appreciate because I like variety but I don't like overwhelming and this Ayce has got it down! Oh yeah and if you're a fan of the passion tea, it's still there as well! The waitress was kinda slow for it not being super busy and she didn't really understand what I was asking about a specific sushi so I think we will sit at the bar next time so I can ask the sushi chefs. I'm Sure they'll understand lol but the staff overall was friendly and to date this is the freshest Ayce in Vegas! We will be back to try the whole menu slowly but surely! But the tuna and salmon nigiri still hits a home run as our go to nigiris!

I have been dropping in for lunch with a colleague for the last few months. We heard about the lunch specials and very much enjoyed the beef teriyaki bowls as they were a balanced meal and quite filling. We have referred so many people who work on campus for this dish specifically and have always received wonderful service when we dine-in. We were so sad this week when we realized the restaurant has made some changes. The lunch specials are not the same and the beef teriyaki bowls have changed a lot. Instead of the refreshing salad and veggies they have been replace with tempura vegetables and the meat was very tough and chewy. We were told there was a house salad, but the dressing was a heavy burned sesame tasting dressing rather than something light and refreshing. We always looked so forward to our lunch outings here and are hoping the teriyaki bowls improve.

The food was great. The best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had in my life! Fun music at just the right volume where you can have a nice conversation without yelling, and the customer service was top notch.

Stopped in our way home from the airport. Was quiet on a Thursday evening. Had the yellowtail scallion, rainbow, and salmon lover. Would definitely get again. Note: if you're using google maps, pull into parking garage BEFORE the restaurant.

Food was good but not great. Service was very good.More of a casual casual experience.

It was kind of late in the evening and we were heading from the airport to our hotel and decided to stop at Joe's for a snack. I'm so glad we did!The staff were very knowledgeable, which was nice in this era of cheap sushi restaurants where the waiter gets confused if you say "hamachi."The place was almost empty so the cook spent a few minutes explained to us a few things about the menu, including that they brew their own soy sauce, which I found very interesting and I'm pretty sure I've never been to a sushi bar that does that. No corners are cut in the food prep and the fish is the best quality. If you like sushi, this is definitely a place to try. Not the classiest location but the food is excellent and the cook obviously takes a lot of pride - and he should!
