“We were so excited to try it . Although a little further from Henderson, but worth the drive . The tartare , carpaccio and the scallop and salmon roll were delicious. Sai took care of us and were very hospitable , Katie was great and chef took the time to say hello.

“Located inside Albertsons their take away sushi is always fresh. They make sure their rice is well made unlike other similar places where it’s mushed. The selection is wide, especially around noon time when they make it on the spot. By the evening most is gone so it tells you how good it is. My favorite is their Tuna poke. They are also always helpful with ginger and even when I wanted a salmon poke they accommodated and made one on the spot. Great fish to rice ratio!“
