The quesabirria tacos were 8/10, and the broth had a nasty plastic flavor. The seating area is a bit too crowded. The Cabeza Tacos were amazing and flavorful. The Al Pastor was pretty good but not very savory. The Tripa Taco was overly fried, too dry, and almost burnt. There is a warm station for caramelized onions, beans, and grilled chiles. The salsa bar was very well kept with a good selection. The orange and red salsa were both great and had a nice flavor. The green was not good. The restaurant itself was clean and the music was a good volume. The carnitas, asada and pastor are absolutely amazing. The place is so clean. The onion mix is hotter than the dang sun. The avocado sauce and the red sauce are great, and the regular salsa was pretty watered down.
