“Birthday celebration and Roy was our Hibachi grill master and he slayed it!! We love coming to this location but tonight with Roy it was a different experience. He is so personable and had a great sense of humor. He had a tough group but he fit right in!! Definitely will be back!“

“Food was great, service ok. As we got to the table we were immediately asked if we were ready to order. She said the other couple already ate their soup we would be rushed to order so the cook can start. We hadn't even opened the menu yet. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. I got my appetizer rather quickly but my husband's fried oysters were not out when the chef started cooking in front of us. I asked him if he prepared them but said no and asked another staff member to check on his fried oysters back in the kitchen which they brought out luke warm since they probably forgot about them. Everything else was great! We both had the filet and lobster tail .“

“Loved the experience and the food. We loved the giant tables for large families and outdoor seating. The staff was lovely, quick and efficient. The food was fresh and tasted great. We got several different protiens and styles. We dont always want a show when we do hibachi so this was a perfect option. Lots of other yummy cafe type options on the menu like special coffeehouse drinks and pastries. My kids loved all the different options. Cafe style menu if hibachi isn't for you. Very reasonable pricing too. We loved it here and will be back!“

“This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.

First, the staff couldn’t clearly explain the menu. At first, we were told we could combine both teppanyaki and sushi for the all-you-can-eat option, but later they said that wasn’t allowed. We were also moved from our original seats, and just when we thought we could finally order, we were suddenly informed that lunch and dinner have different menus and prices—information that should’ve been given from the start.

On top of that, the menu was stained with sauce, which gave a very unhygienic impression.

Despite all this, I could see that the server was doing their best, even if they didn’t fully understand everything. That’s why I feel the real issue lies with poor training and management oversight—not the individual server, but the leadership.

The restaurant strongly promotes itself as a Japanese restaurant, but not a single staff member—including the manager—was Japanese. The atmosphere didn’t feel authentic at all. To make matters worse, one of the servers was riding a hoverboard while serving. It was surprising and felt unprofessional and out of place in a restaurant setting.

I was genuinely craving Japanese food and looking for something authentic, but I’m getting tired of these fake “Japanese” restaurants. Unfortunately, this was one of them. I truly hope they take customer feedback seriously and work toward real improvement.“

“My experience at this was wonderful!! It was my son’s 16th Birthday and Genu and Tammy went all out the way to make my son’s birthday special!! They sang Happy Birthday to my son and even took photos for his birthday!! I highly recommend this location and I give it beyond 10 stars !!“
