The food & service were excellent…
I had eaten at Benihana Westgate and I was completely disappointed by this place.The server was great. She was attentive and friendly. The chef Edgar, on the other hand, was a different story.I was really not impressed with him or his showmanship. This is Vegas. If you don't have any showmanship as a Teppanyaki Chef, then maybe this is not for you. There was minimal interaction with the guests. The food too was nothing great. I loved our first dinning experience with my kids because the chef make it a fun and wonderful moment cooking and doing tricks and personalize food decoration for them. Also, the quality and touch of flavor was excellent! A must to return again!!!
