Just witness her step all over grill with all pots exposed to clean the filters on top then stepped down and start cooking didn’t wipe off where she stepped didn’t clean pots in case anything fell from the top and just started cooking again very unsanitary and disgusting will be reporting to health district.. you clean when you close not when your still making peoples food

Overcooked teriyaki chicken, and I’ve given them multiple chances. The veggies are also always undercooked. The price is insane. If you want good teriyaki chicken. Go to Panda Express. It’s half the price.

Got the orange chicken with white rice and it’s soo damn tasty.

I’m from London and been in the US for 3 weeks now and been soo disappointed with the food but this place is a gem.

This location has screwed up our orders, delivered the wrong food when we ordered through the app. Calling them to fix the issue doesn’t help as they argue and give us excuses. Every single time we use the app Teriyaki Madness screws the order up somehow. I’m going to order from Teriyaki Bowl from now on, at least they give us the right food.

Order on the app several times stopping using it because it gave the wrong order to the restaurant I would put in orange chicken and it would end up putting spicy orange chicken.. then I tried to call and tell them they messed up ..they are saying they aren't even accountable for there app now im going all out cuz I'm done ill dispute the charges asap because of this horrible customer service experience I've been in customer service for 8 years this is ridiculous!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Food was okay. A little bid pricey. Service was good. Cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had teriyaki salmon with brown rice bowl. It was lacking of flavor. We also had tempura shrimp and crab rangoon it was very crispy almost burnt ☹️. My regular size Pepsi was refreshing ☺️
