Incredible food, the pizza, both breakfast and lunch/dinner are stellar. We indulged a few times while in the area. The sandwiches were phenomenal as well. Whether looking for a quick bite, or to stuff the belly you can do it here. Only 4 star was the atmosphere, not a ton of seating and it is always very busy. My reviews are for the regular working folk so that is the perspective I used for this review.The Boss Cafe is a shining oasis and this over crowded, over priced, maze that is the strip.Every item I had was quite delicious. Got the jersey roast beef sandwich with spicy peppers. OMG! THE BEST EVER!! The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was cooked to perfection and the mozzarella was delicious, the peppers added the perfect amount of spice to it, not over the top hot, it was just enough. The wait was kind of long but I’d wait again!
