This was my first time at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, but this particular location left a terrible impression. During my visit, I encountered three employees who showed zero customer service skills—not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. One of them was even on their phone the entire time, clearly more focused on whatever was on the screen than the customers in front of them.
There was no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no effort to make the environment welcoming. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
If this is the kind of service being allowed, it reflects poorly on the management and the brand as a whole. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This place IS actually open. But unfortunately their workers aren't as great. I just ordered a coffee there and the girl taking my order, started texting on her phone as im ordering my coffee. Super unprofessional and disrespectful 😤
Convenient place to get coffee in the Palms casino. Service was okay. One girl was making gagging sounds and I thought she was being sick, but it turned out to just be a part of the story she was telling her colleague. Kinda gross for a place that serves you food and beverage.
The coffee was okay, but priced much better than Starbucks, so I can't complain!

Coffee bean is a favorite back home sonInwas glad this was in my hotel. The gentleman working at the time of my order was amazing!! Really happy to relieve such great customer service, and the best cookie butter latte!
