Store is filthy and cluttered. Mop buckets visible in the prep area. Cake had the tackiest artificial flowers they could find. Taste was just ok at best. Very dissatisfied.
By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a business. The cake they provided for a birthday melted. They changed delivery time without advance notice and told me my cake would be okay to sit out all day. The cake melted and my friend did not have cake at her birthday dinner. I was visiting LV from out of town staying at a hotel with not fridge hence why I requested an evening delivery time. They didn't seem caring enough to make the situation right....read full review
