David Lopez our server was one of the best we have had, and we travel the world and done in world class restaurants. From what I understand he gets the most requests, and I can see why.
The food is also exceptional, we generally dine at the restaurant at least once a year when in town

The food was wonderful service great, the only negative thing was it was the middle of the day 2:30 PM therefore it was not crowded when we walked in. There was only two families seated one on either side of the restaurant they put us directly next to booth to booth another family, which I thought was not very thoughtful. The other family directly behind us had special needs children and were jumping up and down and kept touching my husband. Of course I don't blame the other...

We have lunch at The Palm every time we are in Vegas! We are aware there are hundreds at other spots but why break tradition. The consistency is spot on and the people watching is also a plus! The lobster bisque is perfect!
