It is a restaurant. Need to have it listed On yelp. Have meetings there, people love the location. View of entire valley. Parking, very clean . People think the food is very nice for the price. Brunch on Sunday, sports events, private meetings. I like it for the view. Has a bar. NExt door to Starbright theatre so real convenient.
I have lived in Sun City for 5 years, and this was my first visit. The french toast was very good. The sausage patty was tasty. Moreover, the prices for residents you cannot beat. I was asking why I have been going to other area restaurants. The food at The Summit is just as good and most affordable. I will be back!

The Sunday brunch is superb!!!!! Chef Katrice Smith is a gourmet chef!!!! The menus are tremendous. She served Halibut, Shrimp cocktail, sushi, Korean beef, Lasagna, Pasta with shrimp and Halibut, fresh fruit salad, etc. DELICIOUS, impressive and awesome! Champagne and Mimosas complimented this sensational menu.
