4 of us dined here for the first time. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

Great meal and service! CraftSteakhouse always delivers and that's a good thing to know where there are so many places to eat. My ribeye was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Even the scallops were perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the Craft Steakhouse expereince. I will be back!

I have eaten at this establishment over two dozen times, and I will continue to go back. This restaurant is the sweet spot between the high end (meaning foofy, extremely costly) dining experience and truly comfortable comfort food (meaning substance combined with elegance and elevation). The location itself is well laid out and no matter where you sit, you are not so close to your neighbors that they are sitting in your lap. The restaurant ambiance is fairly quiet, even when full to capacity. As for the food: they know and honor steak temperatures (if you ask for Black and Blue, that is exactly what you are going to get. Every time.), their portion sizes are generous without going overboard or extremely minimalist. Their flavors are significant (they are not fearful of salt and use it with respect), and their consistency -- from dish to dish, meal to meal -- is top notch. If you liked it last time, it will be just as good the next time. The wine selection is very respectable and well curated. Some of my favorites include the Wagyu Steak Tartar with fresh house-made potato chips, the Lobster Bisque, and the Bone-in Ribeye. For dessert, the Monkey Bread is not to be missed (and no it is categorically not some odd take on banana bread). My only regret with this establishment is that, like many other restaurants these days, they have given up on mashed potatoes and offer a puree instead (the Aligot). If you like/miss your mashed potatoes, ask for a baked potato instead. The Aligot, while nice and tasty, will not get you there.

My daughter and I celebrated my birthday dinner Craftsteak in Vegas. The food was excellent- exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent! Our server that night was Dale and he absolutely made the night. He was charming, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the food he served. He and my daughter got along great - especially she's only 16 years of age and tends to be quiet around adults. But they hit it off and our evening was very enjoyable! I highly recommend this restaurant and hope that you get Dale as your server!

My shrimp scampi dish was not good as the shrimp were overcooked tough and dry. Partner's salmon was pretty good. The service was outstanding and our waiter Kevin was truly amazing. He is a very special person. He is kind professional and has the best friendly personality.

The service was first rate, but the food wasn't as good as it had been in past visits. Hopefully it is just an off night.

We really enjoyed our meal. We had the grilled octopus and the lobster bisque. It was delicious! We shared a bone in rib eye cooked to perfection! and the monkey bread ended it off with a bang! Our waiters were very nice.We enjoyed our meal very much.

Awesome experience. Celebration dinner for my team. They were delighted and they felt like such VIPs and said it was the best meal. I will definitely be back with them again next year.

We had a mostly enjoyable experience thanks to the quality of the food, which was excellent across the board. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and tender, the Caesar salad was crisp and well-dressed, and the oysters were fresh and flavorful. The lobster bisque was a standout — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Service, however, left a bit to be desired. Which is odd because the past two times I've been to Craft, service was great. Could've just been an off night. After finishing our main course, we sat for about 15 minutes before anyone returned to offer dessert menus. When we declined, it was a little odd to be approached by a different server a few minutes later with dessert menus again. Eventually, our check arrived — about 25 minutes after we'd finished eating. The timing and communication between staff seemed off and detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent meal. Overall, the food was memorable and worth returning for, but a bit more attentiveness from the wait staff would go a long way in rounding out the experience.

Loud table next to us killed the vibe. Obnoxious drunks made for a rough start to an otherwise good meal

The skirt steak is the best tasting piece of meat in Las Vegas. I have had a reservation here every visit to Vegas for the last 20 years. The service is always on point and the monkey bread is a memorable way to end your meal.

Divine, modern decor in very large, open restaurant. Service was top notch, courses perfectly spaced. Menu variety was great. Foie gras was lovely. Presentation was beautiful and typical for this chef's restaurants. Negative: None of our food was hot (only lukewarm) which was odd given that it's served a la carte in pans which are known for heat retention. The short ribs had great flavor but were dry. Carrots were overly sweet and soggy. Neither of those items tasted fresh despite our reservation being early in the evening. Short ribs are heavily marbled with fat and are usually just as good the next day but these were not quite up to expectations and past experiences at his restaurants. Spring peas were not a fresh, bright green but a sad yellow green and included snap peas in shell (and maybe Lima beans) which I wasn't expecting based on description. Overall love the menu variety and flavors but it wasn't the perfect meal I was hoping for....

I have been here 3 times and the past weekend was the worst experience I ever had. From the seating to the food quality, to the service I was so disappointed (and willing to spend money). I will never go back again.
