About Tony Roma's

Tony Roma's is a popular restaurant that offers great food with fantastic service. The menu features a variety of options, including the sirloin plate, New York steak plate, potatoes soup, and hamburger, all cooked to perfection. The restaurant is well-known for its deals, such as the $14.99 sirloin and lobster plate available from 9pm, and the happy hour before 6pm. Despite the huge line that often forms, the staff manages the crowd effectively, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is busy, especially during the 9-11 p.m. steak and lobster special, but the service remains fast and friendly, making it a good place for early arrivals.

Guests often come for the $17.99 Steak and Lobster Dinner special, which includes a 6oz steak with either lobster or shrimp, baked potato, and mixed veggies. Some found the steak to be bland and overcooked, but others appreciated the value for money. The onion tower appetizer is a popular choice, particularly when paired with BBQ sauce. The lobster with lemon squeeze and butter was delicious, and the baked potato was satisfying, though some felt the steak was not juicy and lacked flavor, needing A1 sauce. The vegetables were as good as boiled buttered vegetables can be.

Food is generally delicious, and service is praised for being good despite the busy environment. The restaurant is clean and well organized, and many guests make sure to tip generously for the attentive service. With its wide selection and great deals, Tony Roma's is an excellent option for dining on Fremont Street, especially for those stopping in for their steak and lobster special or adding baby back ribs for more flavor.

Everyone’s dinner was great. Still the same food I remember from the 80’s & 90’s.

Decided to get a simple cheeseburger..this was the most plain burger I have ever tasted. I don't think the beef was seasoned. The cooks also forgot to remove the wax paper from the cheese so I got a nice bite of wax paper before I removed it. I was having a good time with old friends so I didn't complain. However as a local, I would not suggest eating here. 2 stars and not 1 as I know they are not famous for burgers.

oh and my wife got food poisoning. Employees should learn...read full review

Got nervous when the person taking our drink order couldn't properly describe a drink on the menu at first but he was able to when pressed. Thankfully he wasn't our server. The actual server was very competent and efficient. Everything I ordered was fresh and great and the prices were very reasonable. The only complaints I heard from others at my table were that the green beans were terrible and the potato didn't have any flavor.
